“A fantastic room and view!”
+This apartment is so easy to access, literally metres from the main road. It has a supermarket literally metres away and is surrounded by restaurants and takeaways. The size is more than adequate for 2 people and it has two windows to the front with outstanding views! It is airy and we had no issues with heat (Sept/Oct stay) The bed was very comfortable and we would stay again in a heart beat. It is right on the old town, the riva and the hop on hop off bus stop (No.7) is metres away. When you walk round the back, it is 3 short flights of steps and your in... and with height comes view!
−I truly do not like to criticise and I only have 2 points... and come on owners... the fix is so so easy... The shower hose was poor and the wall mounting is broken... I use shower head to hand so no issue.. but not everyone is me! Ladies need wall mounting and no one wants the hose leaking... Second point again minor.. but it is self catering... up the amount of utensils, a bread knife, a sharp knife, scissors, spatula, a little more cutlery.. This did not spoil our stay and it most likely won't spoil yours if you are reading and hopefully the owners correct this... We are regular travellers, we are robust, but we should not be cutting Bread with an eating knife.. Come on guys...

“We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return in the future.”
+The apartment is small, but very well designed and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of its biggest advantages is the truly spacious bed, which provides excellent comfort for two people. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, but thanks to windows on both sides, it is also easy to create a pleasant cross-breeze and naturally ventilate the space. The view from the main window is beautiful and was one of the highlights of the stay. I also appreciated the mosquito screens, which I only noticed after a few days but proved to be a very thoughtful addition. The shower is large and comfortable, and despite being close to the street, the apartment remains quiet thanks to the peaceful courtyard on the other side. The hosts were exceptionally kind, proactive, and flexible throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and they were always willing to help and accommodate any requests, which made us feel very welcome. The hosts have clearly paid attention to guest comfort. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, and a hair dryer available, making the stay even more convenient. Overall, it is a cozy, well-organized apartment with a beautiful view and
−There was nothing that significantly affected our stay, but there are a few things that could be improved or are worth being aware of. The toilet seat was not properly secured, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to use. The inside of the refrigerator could also have been cleaner; there were some marks that I hope were simply stains and not mold. It is also worth noting that the windows near the bed face the main street. While this was not a major issue for us, the area can be quite noisy in the evenings and at night, which may be bothersome for light sleepers. Overall, these were relatively minor issues and did not outweigh the many positive aspects of the apartment.

+Great location. Right next to the old town, close to ferries, a small shop and Šuma Marjan. Apartment had everything we needed. Very helpful and wellcoming hosts.
−Parking is challenging if you come by car. Helps if you already know the surrondings for parking options.

“The perfect spot!!”
+Perfect location, right at the end of the Riva and easy walking distance to all the major things. Ivana was so nice. Met us near the apartment to show us the way. Unit was bright, clean and super convenient. The view was incredible!!

“Emplacement et vue au top !”
+Emplacement exceptionnel ! A deux pas de la Riva . Superbe vue sur le port de Split. Isolation visuelle et sonore très bonne. Cosy , charmant.

−Le 3eme lit est vraiment vétuste et devrait être remplacé, et la propreté pourrait être améliorée (intérieur du réfrigérateur sale)
