+House is quite large and has many amenities for hanging out. The fire pit was great, the outdoor room and pickleball and movie room upstairs was loved by the teens :)

“Great area! Such a short walk to the beach or a short ride to food if I didn't cook.”
+Amenities of this house were very nice! We enjoyed our week here and enjoyed relaxing with our family and had a great trip!

+We enjoyed the layout of the house, as well as the private pool. Also, just a short walk to the beach.
−The property is in need of a facelift when it comes to items functioning properly. Chairs in the kitchen area and furnishings inside and outside are used and stained. Also, liquid soap would be a great addition vs mini bar soaps throughout the house. Also, beds could stand to be upgraded as well. For the price we paid we do not feel we got our money’s worth.

+It was a beautiful home and a wonderful location. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, the beds were comfortable and plenty of space for all. Check in and check out was very efficient and easy to follow.
−Pool Heater and Gas Fireplace: It was disappointing to learn that the pool heater was not functional. While it was noted in the FAQ section, it would have been helpful to have that clarified on the actual listing, especially given the change in weather. Additionally, the gas fireplace, which was advertised as part of the booking, was also unavailable. These amenities were factors in our decision to book, and their inaccessibility impacted our experience. 2. Pet Safety: Unfortunately, my dog experienced a severe reaction, with vomiting swollen eyes and face, after being in the yard. We contacted poison control and were able to avoid an emergency vet visit, but it was a stressful situation that might be worth investigating further for the safety of other pets or children. 3. Other Concerns: • The carbon monoxide detector’s batteries were low, causing continuous beeping throughout the stay. • The body wash containers in the upstairs shared bathroom were half-used, which felt unhygienic. • We noticed baby roaches in the downstairs bathroom, coming from a crack between the floor and ceiling near the left side of the toilet. • There was only one replacement garbage bag available, which m

“Highly disappointed and would never stay again”
−NOT AS ADVERTISED. They advertised 6 bedrooms, when there were only 5. Two of the toilets were BLACK with mold, despite the “sanitized” cover slips on them. Another one just looked dirty in general. Dead roaches in almost all rooms. The pool house had a smoke alarm that chirped and it was too high for us to reach. We arrived at 11 pm the night before Thanksgiving so no one came out to fix until Friday. That was one of the 2 sofa beds and one of the bedrooms, so we couldn’t sleep there obviously and someone had to sleep on a couch in the main house. No one informed us that the pool heater was broken, they tried to say a renter 4 days before had broken it- it was obvious no one had stayed there NOR cleaned it in a while based on the toilets and dead bugs and the smoke detector. Tried to cook Thanksgiving day meal and the cookware is lacking and several pots and pans rusted with badly peeling teflon , unusable. Just a bad experience

“Our family had a relaxing, fun week in Sunkissed Sands!”
+The property was great for our multi-family group with young children-teenagers. We enjoyed the amount of space, backyard, and pool house. There were plenty of places to gather throughout the house and we always felt like we were together when we wanted to be but able to find a quiet place for some rest as well.
−We could have used more wash cloths and the upper deck furniture could use some updates as it is breaking down and not really useable.
