+The property was very clean and the owner kept us up-to-date leading up to our trip. Communication was excellent, they always responded at a timely manner. Although it accommodated the 6 people who stayed there, we had to share beds and the beds were not very big, given the different sizes of us. We did manage, but it was a bit uncomfortable. There were lots of stairs that we weren’t aware of, given that I travelled with someone who had accessibility issues. Getting up and down was a struggle, especially with how narrow the stairs were. But our main complaint was parking - they did provide a permit for one car, however trying to find a spot was an issue. We ended up parking on a handicap spot and placed our handicap wallet card on the dashboard. The next day, our car was towed and we had to pay almost $1000 USD to get it out. Although this was not the fault of the owner, be aware to drive around several times to find a spot near the unit. Also, make sure you’re aware of the parking laws for person’s of disability. We had to learn the hard way! Overall, the owner was very nice, the place was clean and the communication between the owner and myself was good. The negative: lack of par

+Our stay was amazing! Being so close to downtown and pike market made everything so much easier. Especially being it was our first time in Seattle. The food and sightseeing was amazing. Pike market gets crowded super early so be prepared for that and parking is CARZY. It’s also expensive but the experience was worth it

+Nice new property, although not very cosy (no rugs, no toiletries etc). The beds were super comfortable so very good sleep, despite the lack of blinds (again, not too cosy). Bathroom functional but cold with no mats and no shampoo or body soap. Very modern kitchen taking up most of the space on the ground floor, but there is a small L-shaped sofa and a nice Fire TV with all the apps. The host was excellent, great communication and super friendly. She sends you a welcome message with detailed instructions in a comprehensive document on everything to do, including recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall great experience, I just wish it was more cosy, more personal, then it would have been a solid 5 stars from me
