“Lovely place in a hilly location.”
+Fantastically clean, excellent equipped kitchen. Quiet and good location for the town. Really enjoyed our stay.
−Communication from the host could have been a bit better. Replies to queries were quite slow generally.. We had a message saying we would receive parking information before our stay which we did not receive. Luckily as our stay was off season we could park behind the property in the narrow road but this might not have been the case. One comment, and not a criticism, is that Brixham is very hilly and there were a lot of steep steps to get to the property and into the town, so this location is not for everyone. The distance from the allocated parking space and the very narrow access means unloading luggage and shopping is not great. Quite a long walk from the parking space to the property.

“Great house in excellent location”
+Great for 6 people, 3 couples, to all have a room and toilet/shower. Lighting system really modern and effective. Decor looked good even though its late season after a busy Summer. Location excellent for access to the harbour
−Parking is for 1 car and a walk away. Kitchen is tight and difficult if more than one person is in there.

−The host(s) were incredibly un responsive unless they were called on the phone - no messages were replied to. I received no check in details until I called them on the day, even then I had to wait three hours before they got sent through. The parking location needs a Google pin drop as my partner was driving up and down the named road trying to guess where it might be. No recycling box left out (states there is one in the welcome pack) so everything recycling went into the black bin and rubbish in bags.

“Sundeck is a lovely place to stay, and if we ever visit brixham again I would definitely rebook”
+Beautiful property that felt very relaxed, all beds were comfy, and the house had everything you could need from the kitchen to board games.
−I would agree with others that it is not suitable for elderly or anyone with young children in a pushchair as it is situated half way down a set of very steep steps. The car is also parked a short uphill walk from the house so not ideal if you have to carry a lot of things back and forth.

“Great stay at The Sundeck! Lovely presented property. Would stay again.”
+The property was beautifully presented, well equipped, lots of homely touches and plenty of space for all the family. Location to the harbour was great (very short walk) and having a dedicated parking space is a bonus. The property has partial views of the harbour, which we enjoyed from the outside seating (both morning coffee and evening glass of wine).

“Superb”
+The spacious rooms and 3 toilets. Two ensuite and third with separate bathroom. Very comfortable stay. Lots of kitchen equipment. And plenty of games to play.
−My mother-in-law struggled with the amount of steps getting to the accommodation, but that was known beforehand, and she is 86.

“I happy and relaxed time in Brixham”
+Nice and spacious, good sized bathrooms for all 3 bedrooms Clean and tidy
−Trying to find it. The directions were really not clear on how difficult it was to know where it was. I also think a picture of the steps up to it would have been useful as if any of us had walking difficulties we would have really struggled to get to the property
