“Absolutely wonderful stay, we were very comfortable.”
+Easy location for beach and old city plus supermarket very close. Comfortable for a family of 4 but could easily fit 3 couples. Very modern and clean with excellent facilities. South facing balconies but the awnings were great. View from balcony also lovely. The chocolates and bottled water was a lively touch.
−The second bedroom (with balcony) had quite a thin form mattress which some people may prefer but was not so comfortable for our son.

“Wonderful Split apartment”
+Excellent communication with the hosts before and during our stay. Our coffee maker wasn't working and they replaced it within hours. Nicely appointed apartment with a spacious living room/kitchen area, lovely deck with a dining table (there is also one in the kitchen), a hot tub, and lounge chairs. Everyone in our group except me made great use of the sauna. The washing machine was a much appreciated bonus.
−The walk back up the hill from the port, but the quiet neighborhood helped to make up for that. And the walk was only about 15 minutes, I'm just out of shape lol.

“Overall, an amazing stay and a beautiful apartmnent!!”
+The location was perfect. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the waterfront and old town. There was also a supermarket a short walk away. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and had a beautiful patio overlooking the water. The beds and pillows were so comfortable we woke up refreshed every morning. There was a sauna and hot tub, both of which were an amazing addition after long days of exploring. It was so nice to relax in the hot tub overlooking the sea at the end of the day.
−The only minor complaints which weren't really an issue because there was a supermarket close by, was that there was not enough toilet paper or body wash and there was no conditioner. There were no dish towels or beach towels and there was only 1 pod left for the washing machine. Since we did run out, we were able to just stop by the supermarket to purchase these items as well as beach towels for our planned boat excursion. Overall, not enough of an issue to change our review, just an fyi it would be a nice touch to have these things more stocked so we didn't have to worry about replenishing them.

−High end prices and promises of let us know what you need and a simple request for an extra laundry soap was responded to in effect "we give you two and that's our policy." Really? Hot tub. Sauna. Really nice place. Emails floating you are there for us. And then that?

“Amazing!”
+We had a wonderful time staying here - it’s modern, clean and has everything you need, plus it is walking distance from Split old town. The hot tub and sauna were extra perks which we enjoyed! Would stay here again if ever in Split!

“A super apartment with great facilities, located within a 30 minute walk of the town centre.”
+The apartment is lovely and all 3 bedrooms are of a good size, with plenty of wardrobes. Having 2 separate bathrooms was useful (there were 3 of us) and the showers were great. The air con, wii fii, tv, jacuzzi, washing machine etc all work very well too. There was no street noise at night and for us, it was just the right distance from Split centre (about 30 minute walk). We found several small supermarkets within 10-15 minute walk with a good selection of groceries for our stay. There are some nice bars in the marina to have a drink and watch the super yachts and great places to eat like Konoba Fratelli & Buffet Fife which are located just before you get to Split Riva. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.
−The property is reached on foot from Split centre by climbing a number of steps. Thankfully we are reasonably healthy and mobile. In thirty degree plus heat this can be tiring and not suitable for the elderly or those who get out of breath easily. The pre-arranged airport taxi dropped us off at the rear of the property. There are mutiple flights of steps to walk down if you are accessing the property from the top of the hill which is not ideal n the afternoon heat when you have a lot of luggage. It is easier to walk up the steps from the front of the property. The only other comments are not complaints but suggestions: 1) if you have full capacity in the apartment and you are staying for a week, more hangers in the wardrobes are needed. Fortunately I had brought some hangers. 2) There are plenty of glasses, cups and crockery but only 2 sharp knives. 3) There are only 2 wooden chopping boards. I would like to see a board for preparing meat and a board for preparing vegetables.

“Stunning, luxury stay!”
+Such a beautiful property in an ideal location! From the very beginning when I asked for welcome champagne for my family and the staff told me it wouldn’t be possible (for valid reasons) the owner himself brought us champagne and chocolates. And whatever minor issue (extra linens, an out light) we had the agency QUICKLY and kindly responded and corrected. About 15 minute walk downhill to the city center, super close to multiple grocery stores. Loved the hot tub and the huge windows. The beds were super comfy, the apartment was modern and beautiful. The two main bedrooms have tvs and all 3 rooms have a/c units as well as throughout the apartment. It does take multiple flights of stairs to access the apartment from the street and entrance, so keep that in mind. Oh and the owner even brought us a farewell bottle to make up for the minor issues we had! Don’t hesitate just book it! Love love!

“WOW”
+We travel a lot and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Its a huge apartment, recently renovated and modern. It as 4 air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, 2 full lavatory, a private gym, a sauna, a shower and spa on the balcony with a view on the Adriatic sea. Its 5 minutes walking distance from 2 groceries store and 18 minute from Split port attractions. Internet worked flawlessly and the huge TV is Netflix enabled. There are TVs in both main bedroom. Its all concrete so its a nice and quiet environment. We would return any time. Highly recommended.
