“An A plus stay for us.”
+We had a wonderful stay! Condo is immaculate and spacious, comfy beds, very quiet location. Was so relaxing to sit on the deck and enjoy the pool. You’re away from the hustle bustle of the city and just short ride into town.

“Great apartment with easy access to Split Old Town by Uber”
+Our group had a wonderful stay at these apartments. Andelka, our host, was very kind with our check in and check out and informed us of a local festival happening whilst we were there sending us the program of events. The apartments were very spacious and clean. The super king beds were very comfortable with nice linen. The showers had good pressure and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the basics like salt & pepper, oil & vinegar, tea, coffee & sugar, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. TV had netflix & Amazon Prime which you could sign into using your own account. We didn't actually use the outside space/pool in the end as we were in Split both days of our stay but it looked clean and well organised. Ubers were very efficient for getting to and from the airport and into Split (airport 35 euros, split 10 euros). There was a very good Plodine supermarket just 10 mins walk away. Split was beautiful and everyone we met was very welcoming 😀
−It's not that we didn't like it but it's worth noting that there was no access to the local beach due to construction work both on land and on the beach promenade (May 2026). There was also construction work near the apartment but it didn't interfere with our stay. There isn't a hot tub, just a spa bath!

“Great place in Split, central and spacious!”
+We had an amazing time, location quite central, the flat is spacious, was very clean and comfortable. The terrace and pool area made our stay worth the trip. Also the hosts were kind to accommodate to our needs.

“Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay!”
+Very spacious apartment with everything we needed including a pool with allocated sun beds and parasol.
−The noise of the traffic though this was due to construction work happening nearby which is probably a temporary thing.
