“A very pleasant and comfortable stay due to the lovely facilities”
+Location, facilities and amenities excellent. I loved the hot water and the spacious living areas.
−Only one TV for whole house. Since it rained the whole weekend we were in side more so it might have been good to have a choice of program. and also privacy to watch while others visited with each other. The toaster was a little too small for artisan bread and tripped the meter once or twice. But overall the kitchen was very functional with good pots and utensils.

+The location was fantastic to walk to restaurants in town. The bedlinen was good.
−The house was extremely cold. The wind came through the gaps in the doors and windows. The door seals in the living erra were non existent. The out door area was dirty and the outdoor table is about to collapse. The house looked far better in the photos than in real life. The lounge carpet needs a good clean. The heating was inefficient We were disappointed

“Spacious comfortable home”
+Very comfortable large house for a group of friends to stay. Such a large living space, it accommodated one group watching TV while another group chatted. Loved the sun in the backyard. Great location- we could walk to shops and restaurants.

“Fun weekend, wine tour, cafes, restaurants and shopping.”
+Centrally located to town. Plenty of room for our group. Great off street parking.
−The jack and Jill ensuite shower sprayed water up the door and floods the floor, and out to the bedroom. Camomile tea would be a nice addition.

−Some unsightly staining on linen & white pillow protectors. Some extra bath floor mats would have been appreciated as shower water leaked onto bathrooms floors

+Excellent location. Lovely house in a great location.
−The only true en-suite bathroom needs a shower door as water goes everywhere. Bifold doors at the back closest to the kitchen were unable to be locked.

−my only complaints were that the oven didn’t work properly and the shower between the bedrooms overflowed when in operation.
