“It was adequate.”
+The location was great and I liked that my friend and I each had our own room and bathroom.
−I hated that I spent a large amount of time picking an apartment based on pictures that were not pictures of the same room I received. The apartment shown on the website was very nicely decorated and looked new. The room we received looked a bit dumpy and worn. I also hated how hard it was to get any real help with anything. I had to wait forever to get the information for the lock box, which relied on me having cell phone reception at the time I arrived at the apartment. There was no office I could report to if something went wrong. If I had gotten there late at night with no cell phone reception, i would be out in the cold looking for a hotel room. Only one of our keys worked and your staff couldn't be bothered bringing us another key. So, we enjoyed our stay, and the apartment served its purpose, but the service was very lax and the apartment was not to the level advertised.

−The main bed was uncomfortable, the springs were coming out, also the we had take our rubbish to a general bin. Also there wasnt much toiletries, hardly any bodywash and half a handwash we really didn’t expect this from a 4 star apartment.

“Pleasant”
+Very close positioned in the old town, pretty apartment, easy access. Spacious, clean and comfortable bed/sofa.
−A lot of noise from outside due to the positioning above a café. The windows cover a lot of the noise, nevertheless expect to hear outside music and talking till around midnight.

“Centrico y bonito. Pero asegurate como hacer checkin”
+Ubicacion centrica junto Calle Marques de Larios. Un edificio rehabilitado. A pesar de estar en el centro no hay demasiado ruido. El apartamento es bonito y armonico. Y el edificio es correcto, recien restaurado. Todas las instalaciones muy bien. Y estaba limpio, a excepcion del sofa. Faltaban repasar algunas cosas de menaje
−LOS GESTORES DEL BLOQUE DE APARTAMENTOS HACEN UNA GESTION MEDIOCRE Es un edificio rehabilitado con 10 aptos muy bonitos en el centro de Malaga. Y todo eso es fantastico. Pero la empresa que los gestiona es muy poco profesional y prestan los servicios mínimos que pueden. La tarifa es alta 140 € noche en octubre para 2 personas. Por tanto esperamos un servicio acorde CHECK IN . Pregunté por mail si habia recepcion, me dijeron que sí que dejase ahi las maletas hasta el checkin a las 14:00. LLegue un domingo a las 10:00 y no habia nadie, ni cogian el tfno. Solo me escribieron a las 13:00 para darme el codigo de acceso. .es d LA LIMPIEZA esta bien, todo se ve impecable. PERO EL SOFA SE DEBE DESMONTAR Y HACER LIMPIEZA A FONDO el sofa esta lleno de manchas con aspecto deplorable. Tuvimos que poner una sabana sobre el sofa y los cojines EL MENAJE. De 4 tazas,una sin asas, dos con desconchados ARMARIO SIN CAJONES O BALDAS, dentro del armario solo habia perchas. El armario es enorme pero no hay ni cajonera, ni balda. Asi que tuvimos que usar las maletas tumbadas a modo de repiras. ME PIDIERON BAJAR LA BASURA. Y lo que me parecio una falta de respeto, me pidieron por mail que nosotros bajasem

−Niestety łazienka do remontu, źle się z niej korzystało. woda leje się po całej łazience po prysznicu. brak wieszaków na ręczniki, brak jakiejś szuflady na schowanie swoich kosmetyków, zero dźwiękoszczelności - wszystko było słychać. zarówno na klatce jak i partnera z łazienki mimo ,,drzwi”. Słabe zagospodarowanie mieszkania. Nie było nawet półeczki pod prysznicem na chociażby swój żel. Ciśnienie w prysznicu też słabe, przy umywalce nawet nie było nic, gdzie można było zostawić szczoteczki do zębów, 2 rolki papierów na 6 dni pobytu? uważam że to zdecydowanie za mało, jak i 1 recznik na osobę. Gospodarz nie zapewnia dostawy papieru, jednak wymaga od nas wyrzucenia śmieci, idąc z nimi 300m przez zatłoczone centrum od wynajętego apartamentu xd. Trochę się zawiodłam, największy + była lokalizacja i poziom czystości na wejściu, niestety przez stan apartamentu, zamiast czystości czułam się brudna:( bo wszystko było już przestarzałe.

+Gli appartamenti sono stati una bellissima sorpresa. Sono moderni, arredati molto bene veramente completi di tutto. Posizione ottima in pieno centro. Tutto è nelle vicinanze raggiungibile a piedi. Assolutamente tutto perfetto.
