“The only minor issue was the presence of a few small insects during the summer season”
+We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The entire team was very thoughtful, friendly, and professional. They always responded to our requests quickly and did their best to accommodate our needs. The housekeeping staff was very diligent, and the apartment was always cleaned to a high standard. We felt very comfortable throughout our one-month stay and had a wonderful holiday in Split. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. If we visit Split again in the future, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

However, whenever we mentioned any concern, the staff responded immediately and helped resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

“A well appointed and newly furnished property”
+well maintained new decor. Well equipped Two good size double bedrooms with one en suite and another separate bathroom ideal for 2 couples. Very comfortable beds. The host kept us well informed.

“Fell in love with Split and the location was just perfect for us”

−We love walking but I guess if you don’t then should consider it’s a 15 minute walk into Old Town . For us this was perfect as we loved taking in the sights and experiencing Split

“Perfect apartment, great host.”
+Perfect apartment. It was spacious, amazingly clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the location - it was a few minutes outside of the Old Town, which we thought was great as it was a lovely, quiet area, but very quick to walk to the busy areas. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Tomislav, the host, was fantastic. He kept in touch to make sure we were okay - so helpful. Highly recommended.

“Joya escondida en Split”
+Apartamento de lujo ubicado a 15 minutos andando del casco histórico y cercano al estadio de fútbol, con una entrada propia. Es sorprendente encontrar un apartamento así en una zona no muy moderna. Es precioso, habitaciones amplias y con todo tipo de detalles, domótica en persianas e iluminación. Camas muy cómodas. Cocina completa con todo tipo de menaje y utensilios de cocina. Lavadora y secadora. Y dispone de dos televisores, uno pantalla tipo cine. Está muy aislado del ruido. Se descansa muy bien. El anfitrión estuvo en contacto permanente con nosotros y tuvo el detalle de dejarnos un pack de frutas. Se puede aparcar con facilidad en el barrio.
