+Great location, lovely apartment with views. Lovely hosts, easy text messages with all the info you need. Had bottled water in fridge.
−Door to get into and lock was very awkward, had a pain with it every time - really needs to be replaced. Don't think it is fair on neighbours having to slam the door every time. The hairdryer in the apartment was faulty. I think it would be too cramped for four people, the three of us it was just enough. Need a full length mirror.

“Exceptional”
+Great apartment ideal location, right at the beach and start of the strip. Pool was great and views were stunning. Bed very comfortable and owner Cele was great with communication , had my bag stolen with the keys in it and he was very understanding and sorted me out with new keys within the hour . Thank you again so much.

“Immaculate, comfortable and great location”
+Couldn't fault the apartment. Firstly it was immaculate, looks like a very recent refurb or a very looked after place. Couldn't find a speck of dust and the bed was very comfortable. It Had everything you could possibly need and more to be self sufficient. Perfect location for us with supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants close but still out the way enough for it to be quiet at night. The person who we spoke to on whats app was very helpful and it was very easy to check in and out of the apartment. We would definitely stay there again in the future, nicest apartment I've stayed in benidorm

+Hemos estado muy a gusto. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, las vistas eran preciosas y la ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa. El trato también fue excelente. Muchas gracias al anfitrión por su atención y amabilidad. Sin duda, repetiríamos y lo recomendamos.

“Lavori di ristrutturazione”
+L’appartamento è profumato e molto pulito,ordinato ,vengono forniti anche il kit da bagno e asciugamani,il Phon.La doccia è molto grande la casa è molto luminosa . Ha un bellissimo panorama . I proprietari sono persone cordiali e sempre disponibili (ogni volta che li ho contattati mi hanno sempre subito risposta e cercato di risolvere il problema).ti forniscono tutte le informazioni dettagliate relative al raggiungimento dell’edifico e dell’utilizzo dei servizi dell’appartamento.ci hanno offerto uno sconto sul prezzo pagato per il disagio avuto .il letto matrimoniale è molto comodo . La camera da letto ha il ventilatore a pale . La cucina ha tutti gli utensili e pentolame.Per le chiavi hanno una box sotto al palazzo .l’appartamento si trova all’11º piano .la Tv in cucina ti offre Netflix . È bello mangiare guardando il panorama .la posizione è molto centrale e vicino ci sono negozi , ristoranti, market ecc. la spiaggia è a 3 minuti a piedi . Il parcheggio è gratuito presso il casinò e’ vicinissimo all’appartamento, trovi la card in casa sulla tavola .sicuramente se non ci fossero stati i lavori di ristrutturazione avrei potuto godermi tutti i comfort i vantaggi dell’appartamento e
−Entro nel palazzo ed è un cantiere …lavori di ristrutturazione nel palazzo Purtroppo hanno influenzato molto la mia recensione… sono venuta in vacanza e come si sa a Benidorm la vita si svolge soprattutto di sera / notte … e Alle 7:20 del mattino salivano con l’ascensore cioè la piattaforma elevatrice che si utilizza esternamente agli edifici per salire di piano in piano . Iniziava il rumore fino al primo pomeriggio era continuo . Abbiamo trascorso quanto più tempo possibile fuori l’appartamento.e per il Periodo in cui ho soggiornato nell’appartamento hanno lavorato al mio piano . Eravamo costretti la Mattina a stare chiusi dentro con le tende oscuranti . Perché gli operai erano fuori alla vetrata per lavorare e guardavano nell’appartamento fino al primo pomeriggio. Salivano e scendevano continuamente. Costretti a stare chiusi dentro non potendo aprire le finestre dal mattino presto fino al primo pomeriggio verso le 16 .. per i primi 3 giorni nell’appartamento c’era solo un condizionatore portatile “tipo pinguino” rumorosissimo !!! Non riusciva nemmeno a raffreddare l’appartamento seppur molto piccolo per 3 adulti come noi. Al massimo per 2 adulti ed 1 bambino. Poi fortunatamente i
