+Fantastic location! Our host, Laura was phenomenal! She was always available to answer questions! Christoph met us, handed over keys and showed us everything about the space! He was also amazing! This is a street closed to traffic, but the taxi will drop you off just a few steps away! EVERYTHING is right outside your door or a short walk away! The unit is lovely and well maintained!
−Everything was fantastic! Will stay here again on our next trip to Nice!

+The Host was so helpful on getting to the apartment and also supplied very useful information for 1st time travelers to Nice. Christophe met us by the apartment and showed us everything we need to know. The accommodation was excellent and clean. You could not want a better location as it is close to everything in walking distance (grocery store, exchange, bus or train station, Massena square and endless restaurants and bars). Would definitely recommend to anyone.

“Heart of Nice”
+The location is great, right in the center of the historic area. It has everything you need: fully stocked kitchen. The shower and bathroom are good. Great hair dryer. Both beds are comfy. One room is a larger bed, one is a smaller bed, but both comfy. Good fans and AC. Closing the shutters at night keeps it quiet.
−Little bit of street noise at times, but with the shutters closed, fans on, you’re good.

“Great stay in the heart of Nice!”
+We loved the location. It’s on a busy pedestrian street but the windows have a high STC rating so it’s pretty quiet. Air conditioning was SO nice! The balcony was delightful for people watching and wine and baguettes. It’s walkable to most everywhere. They have all the beach equipment needed and we went to different beaches every day. Highly recommend!

“Great stay Great location”
+The location was excellent, the apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. The photos closely matched that actual appearance (which is not always the case). The apartment is above a shop on a busy street with the balcony doors open you get to experience the atmosphere of Nice, with the doors closed the noise is muted sufficiently that it does not disturb sleep ect.
−I was slightly disappointed to find that the smaller bedroom did not have AC. Also the host was very inflexible with regards to check in and check out timing on our previous stay in Nice the host was very friendly and happy to allow early check in.

−Travesseiros bem simples, tinham potes de geleia, azeites , etc que não tinha data de quando foram abertas, melhor jogar fora na troca de hóspedes , interruptores com mal contato
