+The location is great. It is just one minute from the train station and multiple public transportation options, which are fabulous in Turin. The owner is a great guy, very cooperative and available. Definitely will return!

+Very near Milan Porta Nuovo railway station. Several tram and bus lines nearby, but the Metro was closed for repairs all August. Good restaurants nearby, even in mid-August. Modest walk to Piazza San Carlo, about twice as far to Palazzo Reale and Piazza Vittorio Veneto (but in different directions). A/C worked well, we used both kitchen and clothes washer. Quiet.
−The building's entrance was opened by going to a website, so impossible without charge and Internet service to someone's phone. 15 minutes at the apartment's door figuring out the digital lock's quirks. Some of the instructions we were given confused right and left.

+Location- right in front of Torino Porta Nuova and supermarket, walking distance to all the tourist spots In the apartment- quiet albeit it is along the main street, new and clean, spacious, full kitchen amenities, contactless check-in, keyless entry Host- Lorenzo is responsive and flexible, something that every travellers appreciate

−@Booking.com There is no client’s opt-in captured for agreeing on contactless check-in which involves transmitting of personal data over internet: ID/passport copy and selfie of all guests with their ID/passport. Before booking, clients must be warned about this procedure, instead of facing the alternative of paying penalties for no-show because of the check-in not performed in the conditions imposed and not communicated at booking - this feels very dishonest to Booking.com clients. @host: The check-in web application is buggy and may lead to breach in confidentiality of the transmitted data, despite the GDPR commitment presented on the webpage. It took 45 minutes to complete the check-in form, and to upload required photos of IDs and selfies with the IDs, after attempts from 3 different smartphones. @future guests: There is no physical key or card to access the building and the apartment, which means to get in, the guest must ensure to have the following: - A smartphone with a certain browser requirement, not specified on the webpage - not all will work, to be able to push the buttons on the webpage to open the building and the apartment doors, see screenshot attached; - Mobile In
