+We highly recommend this modern and stunning apartment! It’s perfect for two people and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is located in a safe and convenient area, with several attractions within walking distance (such as the Ballarò Market and the Fontana), and the bus station is also very close (ideal if you want to visit Mondello Beach, Cefalù, and other places). Although the kitchen is quite small, it is very well equipped. The bathroom is new, modern, and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The host was very helpful in guiding us to the location and was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Overall, our stay was extremely enjoyable, and we would definitely return.
−The apartment is not completely soundproof, so if you are a light sleeper, some noise from outside might be noticeable. However, it wasn’t disturbing for us and nothing that a pair of earplugs couldn’t solve.

“Exceded my expectations!”
+I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated studio, it’s impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and has everything you could possibly need despite its compact size. The location is fantastic, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it super easy to get around the city without a car. Christine is an exceptional host, kind, helpful, and always reassuring. She was always available if I needed anything. Highly recommend!

+Sehr zentrale Lage mit guten Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Moderne Einrichtung, WLAN hat gut funktioniert.
−Sehr hellhöriges Zimmer und Gebäude, nachts dementsprechend auch sehr laut. Wenig Stauraum für Klamotten/Koffer. Fahrstuhl im Gebäude unzuverlässig, sind einmal stecken geblieben.

“L’hôte Christine est très accueillante et s’est montrée très disponible. Elle a toujours fait en sorte que nous ne manqu”
+Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Cette location offre aussi un très bon rapport qualité prix au vu de l’emplacement de l’appartement : dans le centre de Palerme, à deux pas du théâtre Politeama.
−On pourrait dire que le logement est petit, cependant il est très bien équipé et cela nous convenait parfaitement.

“Posto eccezionale e host super cordiale”
+La host Christine è super gentile. Disponibilità massima. Mi ha dato ottimi consigli. E si è interessata di come stesse andando il mio soggiorno. La struttura è ristrutturata di recente, nuova e con ogni confort. In posizione centrale e veramente strategica per muoversi con i mezzi ma anche a piedi perchè vicina a tutto. Suite interno 9 è perfetta per il soggiorno di 1 o 2 persone. Immagino anche le altre strutture della host siano alla stessa altezza. Letto comodissimo, bagno spazioso e moderno. C'è anche una piccola cucina ma fornita di tutto. Bella stanza curata nei dettagli. Posto silenzioso. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Super consigliata
