“Centrally located and more suited towards a couple”
+Location was great and hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Check in easy as well. Facilities fairly good.
−There was some dirt in the bathroom, especially the shower tiles. There wasn’t any other bedding as we travelled not as a couple, but I could have made this clear and requested it.

“It is such cute little apartment that has a lot of potential. If they address the small issues there I would happily boo”
+Straight forward check in and check out with great communication with the owner. The apartment is located on the ground floor which suits us well as we have children with us. The location is perfectly situated near a mini market and close to their town centre and the train station. The apartment itself is well equipped but the freezer of the fridge is not working and so as the exhaust fan in the kitchen so we avoided cooking on our stay. The kitchen could do with a microwave to easily heat up food Pillows and bed and sofa bed are comfortable. When we arrived we noticed that the floor was very dusty and once we swept the floor it did had a lot of dirt. The bathroom shower curtain could do with a change too as it smell of damp in there and I agree with the previous reviews that there isn’t enough ventilation in the bathroom hence the smell in there. It could do with a deep clean too as the shower looked a bit grubby.

“Great stay in Parma”
+Amazing location, kitchen was well kitted out. They kindly arranged a travel cot for us too as we were travelling with our young daughter. The apartment and area was very quiet despite there being a bar opposite.
−There isn’t a lot of ventilation in the bathroom so it smelled quite damp in the flat at times. Towels didn’t really dry properly whilst we were there. Could have done with a few extra towels and would have been fine.

“Quite stay in the town center”
+Very quite room, good comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.
−The bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom. When you are traveling with other people who are sleeping in the dining area, they need to pass through the other room. (Light switch on the outside, so you additionally wake up the other people as well).

“It’s cute but I would not rebook this place.”
+The apartment is in a fantastic location and easy to find. Close to everything. It’s also very pretty. Very quiet for sleeping at night.
−The apartment wreaked of smoke. You could even see smoke when we checked in. All of our belongings smelled of smoke afterwards. The air conditioning is not sufficient and could not keep up with the heat. It was difficult to sleep because it was between 26-29 degrees Celsius in the apartment with the small a/c unit running around the clock. Also, the a/c kept coming out of the wall and we had to prop it up with the kitchen table. There was no WIFI for us because it was broken and the host expected us to meet the repair man who never showed up. The host said the repairman would still be coming in the next few hours but we declined. Shame on us for wasting our vacation time doing jobs that should be done by the owner. There was a leak/flood from the kitchen sink when we first arrived. My husband fixed it. The shower drained was totally clogged with previous people’s hair. Very gross. I tried to unclog it but I was gagging! And the mirror in the bathroom is oddly hung way too high and you can’t actually see yourself in it.
