+I liked that is was clean. You walk in smells clean looks clean. There’s always someone to message if you have a question or an issue which we had no issues but had a few questions
−I didn’t like that the hot tub and grill wasn’t on the same level the hot tub also didn’t have but one jet which is okay not anything to knock a star off the rating. I was looking forward to the big sofa in the basement which was t there it made that basement look so nice in the photos hopefully they get something like that back again

“I loved the layout of the cabin and the more private location. Would stay again.”
+I liked the layout of the cabin and the secluded game room which was like having an extra living room. Host was very friendly and helpful in advance.
−Most of the jets in the hot tub were not working. I will admit that I didn’t contact anyone about it, but figured it could’ve easily fixed. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable and I wish there had been a downstairs bathroom.

“A great place for family gatherings tucked up on a hilltop”
+The place was in a nice location, up on top of a hillside, close to town. Comfy king bed in the master and very spacious amenities. Cozy, clean, contemporary cabin with all the things to help you feel like you’re at home - especially the chair swing. The pickleball court next to the property was a nice surprise for us. Great sized game room on bottom level was a plus. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and communicable with all our needs. Even gave us some wonderful ideas to grab a bite and other recommendations to visit. Pretty straightforward registration. Fast wifi and copious amounts of hot showers helped keep our gang clean!
−Basically, it is a great place for family gatherings but the street is quite busy as a main entry road to the neighborhood in the back. Would have liked more chairs as we had to send some downstairs to sit.

“Cozy and perfect relaxation spot”
+The house was beautiful and cozy. It had a very nice layout and safe community feel. I loved the master bedroom and bathroom. It provided the right balance of a remote feeling but close enough to enjoy local life
−The only issue was the hot tub smelled musty and we didn’t feel comfortable using.

“Prashant is fantastic and don't hesitate to book this property.”
+Located nicely (but short) distance to the main strip of Pigeon Forge, this property was great. There was plenty of space for my entire family and with the lower level being devoted to a teenager paradise was a nice addition. Kitchen had pretty much everything you would need. We even got a website dedicated to any question we may have needed answered with checkin and check out procedures. Prashant was a fantastic host and every communicative throughout the entire stay.
−The property while nice definitely needs a deeper cleaning and a bit of TLC here or there. Nothing that I would be overly concerned about but definitely shows signs of being a property listed on all the sharing sites.
