5.0−the bath plug was stuck in the bath the release dial was later found broken in the bathroom cupboard so evidently someone was aware of the problem, unfortunately i didnt notice this until i had had a bath and it took the bath hours to drain after releasing with a knife, fortunately i was up early others with me had to stand in the remnants of my water to shower or along to nearby wedding venue Location fabulous and a nice house but i dont expect to pay 333 pounds for 2 nights and not be able to use bath/shower, very disappointed owner advised was sorry and in Australia would have at least expected a slight refund as goodwill gesture

7.0+Good location. Spacious downstairs with comfortable sofas. Good to have ironing board too.
−Not enough in kitchen for 6 people. Eg only 3 tumblers. Oven trays scratched and unusable. Only 1 towel each. No handsoap.

9.0“Very enjoyable everything was provided for a lovely stay.”
+Location
−We did struggle with getting in with the key code as it was dark, wet and windy. Needs a light outside so you can see what you are doing.

4.0“Poor.”
+The location was good, very close to town center and easy to drive to and from.
−The house wasn't clean on arrival. The kitchen was filthy. The owner came out the next day and did an OK job of making it acceptable. The beds were uncomfortable.

7.0+Clean, light and plenty of space.
−Parking was hit and miss, third bedroom was an attic room with low ceiling and the bed wasn't great. Overall the house was a bit tired.

6.0“Cheap, a little tatty but convenient for the town centre”
+The location was great, very central and easy to walk into the town centre in 5 minutes. Parking was available outside the door. Was big enough for our family of five.
−It was a little tatty and furnished cheaply. My wife tore the dress she was ironing for a wedding as the ironing board was the cheapest you can buy, the bread board fell apart when we picked it up and the bed we slept in sagged in the middle so we kept ending up rolling into the middle. There's a bit of noise as the house is sandwiched between a chip shop and an Indian takeaway. It's a terraced house so inevitably there's only one bathroom but the house is fitted out with three double beds, so room for six people, which is a bit of a mismatch. A small downstairs toilet would have been a good idea. Bit dirty and tatty in places.

4.0“Lovely decorated but if you look closer there are problems such as damp”
−Moved the table in lounge so baby could crawl happily and there was food under neath that hadn’t been cleaned. Food under sofa, only noticed as laying on fall with baby. There was a toilet cleaning brush had to go buy our own Damp painted over
