“A home away from home”
+Central location, just around the corner from pick up points so its convenient for guest who will book day trips/ tours. Clean, comfortable apartment equipped to make it feels like a home away from home. Host very responsive to guest's needs. Good value for money.
−Nothing in particular, but just to share for future guest - water in the shower takes a little longer to warm up but there's a clear sign to make the guest aware. Also, one of the beds makes noise when you move although it has a very comfy mattress and if the guest are not particular with things like these I still highly recommend this place.

“Nice decoration and good location but only that”
+Very nicely decorated but, building is very very old and untaken care of, the apartment is on the 9th floor and the elevator is super old at the point where you’re thinking of taking the stairs for the whole 9 floors.
−The beds were uncomfortable, the beds would make squeaky noises whenever you would touch it or put some weight on it. The pillows were very hard to sleep on. The apartment had a bad smell coming from the bathroom due to old pipes. To have hot water you need to wait at least 10 minutes and it was 37 degrees outside, I can’t imagine how it will be during winter time. The apartment also had small cockroaches running around everywhere, probably due to old pipes. And there is no balcony so if you’re a smoker I would not recommend this apartment.

+Het appartement is leuk aangekleed en heeft een goede centrale locatie. Keukentje was prima en er is alles wat je nodig hebt.
−De douche had 10-15 minuten nodig om op te warmen en de waterdruk was niet fantastisch. Één van de twee persoonsbedden kraakte ontzettend waardoor de nachtrust echt wel minder was. Het appartement is gelegen naast een soort van lapdance bar. Dit zou je een naar gevoel kunnen geven, wij hebben er Verder geen last van gehad.

“Ideal ubicacion en apartamento moderno.”
+La ubicación perfecta y el apartamento tiene de todo lo necesario en la cocina. La cama un poco incomoda porque cruje mucho y el agua de la ducha es escasa, y hemos tenido cortes intermitentes. La decoracion muy actual y todo limpio. En la cocina solo hay banquetas para dos.
