+The apartment is nicely decorated and equipped, but the terrace is an absolute favorite and spacious. we enjoyed it both in the morning and evening, maybe the only thing missing is kind of canopy for strong sun or light rain. City center is about a 15 minute walk away, although personally I prefer Kalsa neighbourhood, so for me this was an ideal location for exploring Palermo, far enough away from the bustling centre, with interesting shops, good bars and restaurants, for walking or jogging by the sea.

“THE BEST APPARTMENT IN ENTIRE PALERMO !!!”
+THIS IS THE BEST ACCOMODATION IN ENTIRE PALERMO !!!! If You can handle stairs! The appartment is superb, it has an amazing terrace overviewing the entire square and you can see the sea and the mountain in the back. The place is EXTREMELY cost, very well equipped, I loved to have my breakfast sitting outside on the sun, or watching the sunset and eating watermelon on the outside table. The shower is a double shower, never seen anything like this before. Appartment very nicely made, it gets hot but AC works just fine.

+Apartment was spacious for our needs. Loved the roof top terrace which provided a great outdoor area to enjoy the view and a place to chill after a busy day sightseeing. Owners provided lots of local information and went the extra mile by adding a couple of sun loungers at our request.
−As it is a rooftop apartment you have to be prepared for the stairs. But you can’t have one without the other.

+Incredible view if you are able to walk up five flights of stairs.
−It gets a bit warm in the apartment in the Summer mid-day to late afternoon. The unit does have AC and the bedroom is well air-conditioned. The main room will be warm despite the one AC.

“ТОП локация да се насладиш на Палермо”
+Прекрасен апартамент на страхотно място в Палермо. Гарата е на 1 километър, магазините и заведенията са на 100 метра, а марината е на 500 метра. А терасата с гледката надмина очакванията ми. Всичко беше наред с апартамента, с климатиците, обазавеждането и удобствата. И още веднъж - няма такава тераса и гледка в Палермо на такава добра цена. Пак ще го посетим.
−Единствено щеше да е хубаво да знам предварително, че за да стигнеш до апартмамента трябва да минеш по външни метални стъпала, което е малко тегаво, особено ако носиш багаж или страдаш от височини.

+Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nah genug an der Innenstadt um sie zu Fuß zu erreichen also weit genug weg um Nachts schlafen zu können. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist außergewöhnlich.
−Die Kommunikation verlief zwar gut, leider war niemand bei Check-in und Check-out dabei. Der Aufgang ins oberste Stockwerk ist äußerst spannend. Dazu hätte man im Vorfeld eine bessere Beschreibung liefern können. Das warme Wasser war nur spochhadis vorhanden und keinesfalls Abends. Die blinkende Licht der Alarmanlage des Apartments auf der Dachterrasse ließ sich über die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht abschalten. Weswegen wir uns nach Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse nicht mehr aufhalten konnten.

“It was Stunning!”
+-Super Ausblick von der tollen Dachterasse - die Doppeldusche mit verschiedenen Einstellu gen hat uns super gut gefallen - sehr gute Matratzen, sowohl im Bett als auch auf der Ausziehcouch - die Kommunikation mit Veronica, unserer Gastgeberin war perfekt und sie war sehr hilfsbereit - die Lage war unschlagbar gut: Nahe am Meer, mitten in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar
−--die steile Eisentreppe kann eine Herausforderung für untrainierte oder körperlich eingeschränkte Gäste sein - es war sehr heiß als wir dort waren und wir hätten uns einen Sonnenschutz (Pergola,Markisse,Gardinien) vor den Fenstern im Wohnzimmer (Ausziehcouch) gewünscht.
