“Disappointing Stay”
+Location is 400 yards to London Euston The room was clean
−I stayed in room 302 and found the bed uncomfortable. The soundproofing seemed very poor, as I could clearly hear the guests in the surrounding room. Noise from the pub opposite the hotel was also clearly audible. This kept me awake, which was particularly frustrating as I was staying for work and needed a good night’s sleep. I spoke to Theo at reception to request a room change, but found his response unhelpful. This was my second stay at North Gower, but following this experience, I would not stay again.

“Clean, Safe, Great Value & Location”
+I loved my room with two windows and it's own separate entrance from the hall way into a small alcove with a glass door before entering my room. I felt safe and secure being on my own and it was quiet regardless that it was next to Euston underground station. A light, clean and airy room with a small modern bathroom and double bed. There was plenty of storage room. It was perfect for my 4 night stay. Within easy walking distance to many city sights, Kings Cross and the underground. Well equipped for refrigerating and heating food & drinks. Quick check in & out. Friendly, welcoming staff. I had breakfast a couple of mornings at Speedies cafe down the road which was delicious and great value, and friendly staff and customers. There were plenty of restaurants close by. Secure hotel entrance and great value for money. I would definitely stay again.
−The pillows were quite flat, and I like fluffy pillows. Otherwise the bed was comfortable.

+Nuestra estancia fue, en general, muy agradable. La ubicación es excelente y el personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Para lo que necesitábamos, cumplió perfectamente con nuestras expectativas En líneas generales, quedamos satisfechos y repetiríamos sin duda, aunque la próxima vez optaríamos por una habitación más amplia. ¡Muchas gracias por la atención!
−Con ánimo constructivo, me gustaría compartir un par de detalles que creo que podrían mejorar aún más la experiencia. Nos alojamos en la habitación 108 y el colchón, al ser de muelles, se notaba bastante en la espalda, lo que nos dificultó descansar bien. También percibimos un ligero olor a humedad en la habitación. Quizá valdría la pena revisar ambos aspectos, ya que con pequeños ajustes la estancia sería redonda.

“Viaje en pareja”
+La ubicación es lo que mas nos gustó , al lado del metro/tren y fácil de ir caminando a diferentes puntos de londres. Además, de la facilidad de entrar y salir.
−La cama era horrible, blanda y revotaba, nos fijamos porque eran dos colchones uno encima del otro. Tanto papel higiénico como gel había muy poca cantidad, menos mal que teníamos pañuelos y nos llevamos gel, hay que tener en cuenta que es un destino dónde madrugas y no vuelves hasta tarde en la habitación debería tener recambios, ya que recepción cerraba pronto.

“Muy bien”
+Ubicación. Utilizamos autobuses para movernos durante toda la semana y muy bien, hay una parada cercana y super bien comunicada. El metro también muy bien porque hay parada tmb muy cercana pero no lo usamos tanto por ser caro.
−Lo único malo es que en 5 días que estuvimos no pasan a sacar la basura o cambiar toallas aún así nos apañamos y sin problemas mayores.
