“Permanent 24-hour very high traffic noise. Incredibly tight.”
+Trouble-free key handover. Large comfortable bed. A large bathtub for those who like it.
−This accommodation does not meet the requirements to be rented as an apartment. It is simply a terrace that has been enclosed. Therefore, there is absolutely no noise protection available. Living there is practically like being on a terrace between two highways with 24-hour traffic noise. It is not 40 m² but a maximum of 20 m², so narrow that you can hardly move there. There is no washing machine in the accommodation, which does not match the description.

+The bed is big and comfortable. The jacuzzi was good. They fixed all things quickly. Like hor water problem, lights.
−Its unbelievable noisy. Its on the main road and opposite of the building is a construction area which is extreme noisy the whole day even on weekends.

“wonderful”
+Employee was very amicable also The place looked clean. Security was expected for the type of property we rented, Very close to restaurants and a grocery store
−Bad things about our stay, was the other guest arriving around 4 am a bit drunk and loud, also property has on a 4th floor without elevator, definitively not for Seniors or disabled,

“Nice but inconvenient”
+Good location, fairly quiet......
−One set of keys was extremely inconvenient...asked for a second set but were not provided.....seemingly required both of us to remain together although we had differing agendas.....Four different locks to access the hallway/ apartment, one of which required a key to get out....dangerous in case of fire as apartment was on the 4th floor (walkup).

“Close to Poblado jacuzzi”
+Easy to find and seamless check-in and check-out. If you read the booking confirmation you should know what to expect. The jacuzzi was much larger than expected and the water is hot, but runs out after 10/12 minutes so you have to make your own hot water on the stove (simple) it’s Colombia. The hot water does replenish itself after about a hour.
−Shower head needs to be replaced- splashed water everywhere towards the end of my stay.

“Entry key often doesn't work”
+Locations is very good. It's noisy with street traffic but that doesn't bother me
−Entry key to building often doesn't work and is scary especially if that happens in the night. The management says they can not do anything about it. Apartment needs better upkeep. Things done work and and service is spott. some times staff doesn't answer calls or takes a couple days to respond. Other times they come promptly
