+Great spot with a terrific view. Nice & quiet. Not too far from the main centre of town. Bonus bottle of bubbles was a nice touch. Studio was formerly an artists studio from the 60s. Lots of art on the walls for sale. The bathroom and second toilet are quite new. Great shower. Good value for the cost.
−It’s a big space so hard to heat to begin with. Upstairs warns up quickly but downstairs takes a while. We used both the aircon, ceiling fan & the wood heater. But once warm it was cosy. There are a lot of steps. The bedroom & bathroom are upstairs. So anyone with a mobility issue would struggle. Not really a problem but I would class the beds as firm.

“Perfect place to relax and recharge with everything you need.”
+The property location was excellent. A little bit out of town so it provided peace and serenity with a fantastic view. Very clean and comfortable. We couldn’t fault it.

“Lovely few days in paradise”
+Peaceful, view, sunrise, fire, well appointed, everything you needed was there, lots of light through the windows. Lovely garden. Comfy. Nice deck. Bubbles in the fridge. Felt a bit like home.
−Its really hard to think of things that could be better! A dishwasher would be good (as would a butler😂🤣)

“A Comfortable Studio with a Spectacular View”
+We stayed for three nights in the studio, and it truly lives up to its name,what a view! The yard is filled with beautiful flowers and fruit trees (the lemons!), and we loved watching and listening to the birds right outside the large windows. The living space was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of storage for our clothes and bags. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a French press, microwave, stove and oven. We also really appreciated the cozy log fireplace, comfortable bed, cathedral ceilings, huge bathroom, washer/dryer, air conditioning/heat and the outdoor barbecue. The studio is also an easy drive to lovely beaches and a coastal walk. A special bonus was getting to know the owners,wonderful folks we now consider friends. Highly recommend!

+I loved the beautiful view of the water, the area was so peaceful and quiet which allowed us to tune out and relax and unwind
−The only thing that I wasn’t a fan about was the parking area. Huge potential to get bogged on the grassy area especially after some rain, which we had on our second day

+The location of the studio & the outlook across the inlet makes for a restful stay especially with the wood fired heater! Plenty of firewood and early morning sunshine kept us warm for our winter visit.

“A room with a view”
+The views were breathtaking. Facilities were all we needed. Very comfortable space.
−The walk from the car to the studio was over grass and very uneven. The heating, both fireplace and reverse cycle air did not heat the space very well.

“Not a good experience.”

−Tired furnishings. Extremely poor WiFi. The air-con unit could not be set to provide heat, required because it was cold and very wet throughout our stay. Very poor laundry facilities, top loading washing machine was ancient and no instructions. The drier was upside down and difficult to understand the settings. The inventory said wash basket, but this was not provided. This would have been useful as access to the laundry facilities was outside.
