9.0“Excellent location- Great A/C, Good WiFi Clean and safe”
+The location is excellent. Only 35 meters from the building entrance is Market Tani, a very good small grocery store with all the basics covered, a large produce selection outside, inside a large deli with meats, olives, my favorite was the local sheep/goat cheese. I was here 13 nights so I cooked my dinners. The market saved me lots of time. also restaurants close by, bus stop 60 meters away 40 lek per ride, 150 meters the start of the Lungomare a long waterfront promenade. near the start of Lungomare rent a scooter 5 euros/hour, take the bike path and see it all! Great A/C, Good WiFi Clean and safe
−A few simple things can be added to the kitchen, like more spices, but i got these things at the grocery-kitchen gadgets wine opener etc. (I carry them with me anyway) no problem The kitchen has Nespresso expresso maker which many people like.

7.0+Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was comfortable, and the location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. However, considering the price, we expected a higher level of comfort. We had other accommodation options in the same price range that included breakfast, so we felt the value for money was not fully justified. Some things that were missing and we believe should be provided: * The kitchen had no dishwashing liquid or sponge, so we had to buy them ourselves. * Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for our 10-day stay. * There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent. * The liquid soap was heavily diluted, and the small amount of shower gel and shampoo provided was not enough for the whole stay. * There was no hairdryer. * The TV was not working properly, and it was unclear whether the issue was with the TV or the remote.
−The biggest inconvenience was the day when there was no water at all, not even cold water, for around six hours. After returning from the beach covered in salt, we wanted to shower but had to spend most of the day waiting in the apartment. I understand this was a city-wide issue and not the host’s fault. However, better communication, an apology, or a small gesture of concern would have made us feel more valued. I would also like to clarify my rating. After checking out, I was reviewing another hotel where we had stayed. Because I had barely slept before our flight, I accidentally selected this apartment and gave it the same low rating. I did not notice I was rating the wrong accommodation. Instead of asking what had happened or how the stay could be improved, I immediately received a message saying that I was “destroying a small business” and that next time I should “enjoy my holiday instead.” This response honestly upset me. Before receiving that message, I planned to correct my mistake, give a higher rating, and not mention these small issues because overall we enjoyed our holiday. However, after that reaction, I decided to share my experience honestly. I corrected my accidental
