“Cool haven close to the Old Town”
+The apartment is located below ground in a basement area which is very ideal for the Summer months - there is AC but you don't even need to turn it on, the temperature is perfect. The apartment also has everything you need, including a washing machine, perfect for a short stay. The owners are also very accommodating - I arrived a bit earlier than expected and they checked me in no problem. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk from the old town and there are plenty of shops around so it's easy to get supplies. Would recommend!

“Perfect!”
+I really liked this place. The price was amazing, it was in a perfect spot to go sightseeing. They offered free parking spaces, which was very beneficial. The lady who owns the place is really nice and kind. You can see that she really cares for this place. Our room was comfortable and clean! 10/10, I can recommend it!!

“Your aunt and uncle's house in Zadar!”
+Like staying at your Balkan aunt and uncle's house. The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable, immediately felt like family. Studio is a lovely private apartment in the basement, private entrance. Smallish room but perfectly serviceable for two people. Hot water, very clean bathroom and bedroom, even some basic cooking appliances and utensils. Would absolutely be back !
−It's just a bit outside town, but an easy 20-25 minute walk. If you're planning to go into town for the beach all day and come back in the evening, couldn't ask for something better!

“Ideal para gente sin manias”
+El parking del coche en la misma puerta.
−La dueña no apareció hasta el ultimo día, todas las dudas o problemas que teníamos nos los iba contestando por la app de booking y tarde. Y la casa estaba repleta de arañas (hasta dentro de los armarios de la cocina) y alguna que otra lagartija.

+Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Ich wurde mit Getränken im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Mein Flug kam aufgrund einer Verspätung erst mitten in der Nacht an. Trotzdem wurde freundlich auf mich gewartet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktikabel. Die Ausstattung gab alles her, was man brauchte.
−Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Der Weg ins Stadtzentrum ist ein Stück. Das war mir aber bei der Buchung bewusst.
