“Very bad experience, misleading presentation, unfriendly owner”
+Even though we didn't get to stay, because of the mentioned reasons, the apartment did seem to be well furbished, with new aplliances.
−The property listing was misleading, which was totally unacceptable. We couldn't stay there even for 1 night because it was different than posted: instead of the sea view, which was one of the criteria for booking it, the apartment is in the basement, with no windows, except to the access stairs (see pictures). You get the sea view only by going upstairs, from the swimming pool. We were told that the included washing machine is actually only available with extra cost, 10 pounds per load, because, to quote the owner, "otherwise the people would abuse it". The waching machine was another criteria for booking the apartament and the reason for packing lighter. The area around is deserted and undeveloped, with no fences, like still under construction and we were told we have to lock the windows all the time because of thieves. Overall a very bad experience, including the interaction with the owner, who told us we didn't read the full description correctly and was reproching us for being there one hour later than the indicated hour (at booking time) as if you can control the exact arrival time after a day long drive, the last hour in heavy rain, and as if we were supposed to know she was

“Studio in basement”
+Well presented villa in beautiful location! Superb views, pool area finished in high standards 👌 We stayed in a studio apartment,located in the basement of the villa. The studio has a one bedroom, spacious bathroom/shower room and kitchen with a king-size bed, sofa, and small dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with standard utensils and gadgets and has an electric hob(not used during the stay), kettle, microwave, and blender.
−The main bedroom in the basement of the villa is located underneath the patio area next to the pool. The bedroom doesn't have windows but has 4 vault lights/skylights(see picture), and it makes it impossible to sleep due to the sunlight. Also, the patio area with chairs and table is above the bedroom, and each time in the morning, you'll be woken up by the noise, created by the pulling and pushing chairs/table especially if you are light sleeper.

+We liked everything about the house! The view is spectacular and truly one of a kind! Mr. James was so kind and lovely and helped us with everything. The room was very clean and new and so so cozy! “Adembenemend zicht”
+Het uitzicht aan het zwembad is echt een van de mooiste dat je zal tegenkomen. De maan die opkomt uit de zee en ik het zwembad oneindig doorloopt...prachtig en adembenemend! Heel aangename en behulpzame gastheer James die de streek erg goed kent en je privacy respecteert. Wij gingen te voet naar chrani voor een hapje of strand.
−Er is weinig of niks op aan te merken. Het appartement is een kelder met toch ruim lichtinval. Dat biedt het voordeel dat het er van nature fris is in de hete zomer en je dus niet veel airco nodig hebt.
