“I will return to this very chic apartment.”
+The location was fantastic, just a few meters from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was large and spacious, with two bedrooms, and had been stylishly renovated. Even the dishes and kitchenware were stylish. And another thing: the pillows were incredibly comfortable.
−I liked everything about the apartment itself. The building's common areas weren't as well-maintained as the apartment, but I understand that, given their nature as shared spaces.

+Location was fantastic. Just a 2 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square. Loads of great restaurants on the doorstep as well. The host (Lucia) was also extremely helpful. Great directions to the property and also felt like nothing was a hassle. I was travelling with my 16 year old daughter and Wife and on our 2nd day the hairdryer broke. I reported it to the Lucia and the hairdryer was replaced that day. Exceptional service 😃
−The apartment was great, although the chairs in the living room weren't particularly comfy. Didn't really bother us as we were hardly in the property. Also, it would have been great to have 2 x pillows on the bed (personal preference i guess).

“Lovely apartment and excellent location but stairs difficult with luggage.”
+Good location (heart of the city and near ferry port) and the host was very communicative. The AC and WiFi were excellent.
−Trickier than other places to find that other places, stairs were hard to navigate with heavy suitcases.

“the flat itself is great, except the entrance and the noise at night”
+it was a flat with the kitchen so I cooked my breakfast myself, the location was the most central, which had its bonuses, however, it was very noisy at night
−the flat is on the third floor, which is quite tiring to climb up. The windows look over the street which is great, however, the noise at night was pretty serious. The windows have shutters and curtains though

+Location couldn’t be better and the apartment is stunning. We traveled with outlet two little ones and the location of the apartment was so easy to pop in and out for their naps. Check in couldn’t have been easier and they were very accommodating

“False Advertising, No A/C, and No Support from Booking.com”

−This stay was incredibly disappointing. The property advertised air conditioning, but upon arrival, I was told the HVAC system would not be turned on. Instead, I was told to open the windows , which led to an Asian Tiger mosquitoes invasion & intense bites that nearly ruined my entire trip. After 8 days of waiting for the bites to go away, I had to begin anti biotics for infection. The heat was unbearable, and I had no relief at night except for 2 small table top fans. (Also we were given 1 roll of toilet paper & the towels were like sand paper & stunk of mildew). When I reached out to Booking.com for help, I was shocked to learn that they couldn’t do anything unless the property owner voluntarily offered a refund , which, of course, they didn’t. There was no accountability for the false advertising or the complete disregard for guest comfort. If air conditioning is important to you, do not trust the listing descriptions. And don’t expect Booking.com to help if something goes wrong , their support was completely useless in resolving this.

“Superb”
+Excellent location near Rialto. Easy walking to other neighborhoods in the city. We were able to get into the apt a little earlier so we could start exploring the city
−3rd floor with no elevator. We prefer stairs but with heavy luggage, it was a bit more challenging.
