“great location in the old city walkable to AFI mall and train station. a nice ground level apartment”
+Walking distance to train station, old center and AFI mall. clean, quiet residential area, good wifi, full equipped kitchen and washing machine. ground level. despite no AC room didn't get too hot being ground level, slept fine in July with 30 degree weather. TV with some english channels. easy self checkin. 2 minute walk from carrefour mini supermarket. in a quieter part of the old city.
−-being ground level with windows facing an alley/lane between streets, a narrow path and street, some noise from this and privacy/safety concern, but blinds are helpful and windows open at top to help with safety -- view of the alley in photo, first two windows on the left are from the apartment -must use matches to light stove burners, a long lighter would be nice -notified the host of wooden utensils and cutting board that were turning black from mold, hopefully these are replaced -no shower curtain

“Not the best for a long stay”
+The instructions to get the keys were super clear. The property is quite roomy, having a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a table that can sit two or be used as a desk, and a bathroom with a tub. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi fast and the kitchen had all it needed (cutlery, plates, a frying pan, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, stove and oven). The property has a certain kind of charm as it is in an old building and it has a vaulted ceiling. The location is great, in the center of Sibiu. The street isn't the quietest during the day but it isn't bad either - some cars will be driving by from time to time, and a few locals or tourists will be heard talking. At night it's pretty much dead quiet. The temperature inside the room is quite cool, which might be unpleasant in winter but generally what you'd want in summer, especially since it helps you sleep at night - just make sure to pack a sweater or hoody as well, it would really help.
−I got this property for five nights, for a workcation. For such a long stay, and wanting to work as well, the property leaves something to be desired. From the ad you would think it's on the first floor with a nice view of the street, but in fact it's on the ground floor and there's no view at all. The windows are stained so that people walking on the street can't see inside. The rooms are rather dark and this absence of light makes it a bit depressing. I would have liked a lamp for some moody warm and relaxing light, but there are none, instead just the ceiling light fixtures with harsh cold light. On top of that, the bathroom door doesn't close at all (it stays wide open, so whatever noises you make will echo in the other rooms) and the bathroom window doesn't shut properly.

+Perfect location only 2 minutes from the main square (Piata Mare). The accommodation was clean, quiet and hat a good equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, dishes, etc). There are also some public parking spaces in front of the house and a supermarket around the corner.

+The location is perfect, safe, clean and well organised. All the details are provided upon arrival. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the area, even a groceries store. The bathroom door needs fixing other than that nothing to complain about. I`ll be back definitely.
