+The location is excellent, super close to the old city. The host is very friendly and willing to help with anything. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
−These things didn't affect me personally, but may be worth noting for some: - My room was on the first floor and the stairs leading up to it are pretty steep and narrow - this could be a consideration for people with young children or elderly guests. - The bed was clean and comfortable, but very low to the ground - some people might find it difficult to get up from. - The accommodation is in a busy and lively area, so you can expect some noise during the night, though nothing extreme.

“Amazing value, lovely people”
+Amazing property should charge more. Very helpful people willing to do laundry or anything you need. We were very surprised by the price and the quality, good air con, right in the heart of Rovinj. Safe motorcycle or car parking close by and a very short walk.to the sea. Book.it you will be pleased.

+Lokacija je savršena, studio uredan i udoban, ima sve što treba. Domaćica izuzetno ljubazna i komunikativna, tu je za sve - za čašicu pelinkovca, ko voli, za predloge šta obići, videti.

+top location
−The window was directly above the restaurant’s kitchen exhaust vent. There was virtually no sound insulation from the neighboring apartment.

“Wonderful:)”
+The location was very convenient, just a three-minute walk from the bus center. (I visited to Pula and Poreč during my three-day stay in Rovinj, so I chose this sobe for its proximity to the bus center.) The room is very clean, and the shower temperature and water pressure is perfect. The facilities are very new, so it is very clean! The staff is very friendly and kind. I really appreciated the welcome sign!

“A Lovely Stay at Studio Barka”
+We truly enjoyed our stay at Studio Barka. The apartment was cozy, spotlessly clean, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent , very kind and helpful, they provided all the necessary information for check-in and even recommended a safe free parking spot. A special thanks to the family as well for their kindness , we really appreciated everything. We would gladly come back! Marta & Alex
