“Lovely apartment in a lovely city”
+Very good location. 10 mins from the port, the bus station and the Old Town. Quiet location. Clean and spacious apartment with everything g you might need.
−It would have been nice if: There were more clean towels for a 6-night stay. There was a blind on the kitchen window as a lot of light comes through at night.

“A comfortable, private rtment, close to every good thing in Split, with excellent host - Loved it!”
+I liked that this apartment was very centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, ports (ferries), beaches, markets and local services. I liked that it was equipped with everything a solo traveler needed, but it's big enough for couples to stay in too. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked and the coffee machine was an added bonus. Communication was the host was excellent. I made this apartment my "home base" to travel from to see the islands and to do other short trips from. It was a very comfortable, enjoyable & private stay.

+Good wifi. Good location. Clean.
−Parking was very difficult. There are several public free parking areas close by, but finding a free parking spot was more like a lottery (even in September). Kitchen appliances probably need some renewal (plates broken on the sides, the knife doesn't have a tip anymore, pans so scratched that it is not safe to cook in them anymore).

“Excelente opción para dos en Split .”
+A pesar de estar en un edificio antiguo, medio escondido en un barrio donde las aplicaciones no te saben guiar, es realmente accesible a metros de una avenida que conecta con todo el centro de Split. Aprovecho a decir que si entran por esa avenida el buscador les dirá que están en el lugar, pero en realidad queda dando toda una vuelta. Cuando uno llega al número 24, en lugar de buscar a derecha o izquierda, debe girar en la esquina, volver a girar y ahí van a encontrar el número 26 y la entrada. Todo está arreglado a Nuevo es amplio, tiene lavarropas cafetera, cocina, realmente todo muy bien. A metros hay un supermercado y la zona se siente muy segura .
−para facilitar el acceso deberían dar indicaciones más precisas que la simple dirección para que cuando los turistas vienen cargando las valijas al rayo del sol con 35° no estén dando vueltas a ciegas. Tuvimos suerte que una señora con muy buena voluntad (a pesar de solamente hablar croata nos indicó ,porque el orden de los números de las casas no siguen ninguna lógica. Por otra parte, el anfitrión le costó bastante responder los mensajes.Me ghosteo un par de veces pero fui salvado por la señora encargada de la limpieza, que también con muy buena voluntad. Me indicó cómo ingresar..

“Bien situé, proche de tout.”
+La proximité du centre / port / vieille ville , en moins de 10 minutes à pieds, les plages sont à 15-20 minutes à pieds La propreté des lieux, le fait d’avoir du café à disposition pour le matin est très appréciable ainsi que de la lessive à disposition pour faire une machine à laver .
−La ruelle dans laquelle se trouve l’appartement n’est pas très engageante . Mal insonorisé, donc si voisins bruyants cela peut être gênant (mais je n’ai pas été trop incommodé durant mon séjour)

+Molto pulito, dotazione da bagno completa e posizione eccezionale. Ottimo anche il WiFi e host molto disponibile. Nel complesso è buono, ma perde tantissimo se messo in relazione al prezzo.
−Il bagno è un pò piccolo e la doccia, non avendo un piatto ma essendo a pavimento, perde regolarmente dalla base della porta. La cucina è funzionale, ma ha troppa poca dotazione e non per mancanza di spazio, non ci sono bowl di sorta, solo 2 pentole piccole ed un'unica padella piccola. Coltelli solo 2 utilizzabili.
