“An excellent location close to all activities. Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.”
+The apartment had everything we could possibly need. Lots of little extras included like tea and coffee and little welcome basket of toiletries. Nicely decorated and very clean! The owner was very welcoming and picked us up at the airport and showed us the apartment as we arrived late at night.

+The location is excellent, just 10 minutes' walk from the Old Town and waterfront and the many cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need such as kitchen and shower utilities. There was even a bottle of sun cream in the shower cabinet. Very thoughtful.

+Great stay, I cannot fault anything. Everything that is needed was there (and more - hotel slippers, face towel etc). The bed was comfortable and the place was spotless. Being able to sit out with a morning coffee was great. Thank you, Ivana!

+The property was in a fabulous location and had everything we needed. The host provided key essentials which were really appreciated. Set in a quiet location with everything walkable. Totally amazing.

“Perfect Split Location”
+Great host, gave us explicit instructions. Easy check-in. Within walking distance to old town. Comfortable bed, very quiet, great amenities. I would stay here again.
−The location is on the third floor. It was not a problem for us because we didn't have a lot of luggage.

“Exceptional apartment”
+A compact and very well appointed apartment with everything you might need for your stay. Beautifully styled and comfortable, as well as being close to main attractions and shops. Quite exceptional, and the owner Ivana is very helpful as well.
−Three storeys of stairs may be a little difficult for people with mobility issues, but this is a minor issue when considering all the positive things about the apartment.

+J’ai passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement, il est cosy, confortable avec tous les équipements qu’il vous faut (machine à café, sèche cheveux, parasol, machine à laver, serviettes de plage…) !!! Nous n’avons manqué de rien et Ivana est une hôte gentille et très à l’écoute. De plus, l’appartement est situé à 10min du centre de Split, ce qui est pratique. Vous avez également des petits super marché autour si besoin ;) Merci encore pour ce séjour Ivana, votre appartement est parfait ✨

−Erá muy pequeño, el edificio muy viejo , sin ascensor y la zona no era muy buena y por lo tanto el precio muy caro para lo que ofrece.
