“Good Location, bad support and utensils”
+The location was wonderful, right in the middle of the capital, which felt very safe and easy to access. The house was cosy and felt very "homy".
−Wi-fi didn't work, the stove didn't work, the bed was crooked and it was not very well cleaned, also no utensils. I wrote a message to the owner to try and figure out the internet and cooking problems, and I just got ignored until my last day of stay. Tried sending a text on Whatsapp, a message on booking, no answer in both of them. Spent the whole stay without internet and cooking very slowly on the oven.

“Disastrous Stay: No Heating, Unsafe Conditions, Essential Services Missing”
−Our experience in this property was unfortunately disastrous, starting from the most serious problem: the absence of a functioning heating system, despite it being listed as available in the accommodation description. When we arrived, we found the radiators switched off and not working, a circumstance that was confirmed by the host himself. We spent the first night in the cold, fully dressed, despite immediately informing the host. Only the following morning did we learn of the existence of a single electric heater, placed on the floor without any protection, completely unsuitable and dangerous, especially with children present. According to the host, this would be the only heating system for the entire apartment. We had to purchase an electric blanket at our own expense just to be able to use the shower in the freezing bathroom. The sofa bed was old and damaged: difficult to open, not suitable for two people as per the booking, and with a clear unevenness between the mattresses. On one occasion it even collapsed, causing our 10-year-old daughter to fall heavily to the floor and hit her head. “Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in Budapest”
+The property is in an excellent location, close to the city center and just a short walk from the metro. The neighborhood is pleasant and feels very safe. The apartment itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and overall very nice.
−During my stay, I did notice two small things that could be improved: there was only one fan, which made the upper bedroom quite hot , and the light in the upper bedroom did not function . Addressing these would make an already great place even better.

“Discreto , ma centralissimo”
+Un appartamento grande spazioso e arredato bene
−Diversi motivi: 1 il riscaldamento non funzionava, quindi siamo stati al freddo 2 siamo una coppia con un letto matrimoniale, ci hanno messo le coperte da letti singoli 3 i fornelli in cucina non funzionavano bene si vedeva che c'era qualche problema con l'impianto gas

−Hideg volt!Nem volt fűtés csak egy kis vekony villany fűtő test ami nem melegitette fel a szobat!17 fokban ültem,aludtam fagyoskodtam!Hiaba szoltam a szallasadonak nem csinalt semmit!Irasban kozolte h a radiator nem mukodik!Ki se adhatna igy tel kozepen de a penz az nagy ur!!Az intezkedest megtettem a Booking.com felé,követelem vissza a penzem mivel nem kaptam meg az összegért a szolgáltatást!Egy orvosi beavatkozas miatt erkeztem,pihennem kellett volna de a hidegtől aludni sem tudtam!Nagy csalodas volt.A tisztasag sem első osztályu,kaja maradek,hajszal…Többet nem foglalom le!

+מיקום נדירה מעולה , במרכז העיר. יש סופר ליד, חנויות יוקרה . דירה מרווחת עם מים חמים ומטבח מרווח .
−רהיטים ישנים. מיטה זוגית היא מיטה וחצי, לא מתאימה לזוג מבוגרים וגם לא למבוגר וילד. מיטת ספה לא נועדה לשינה אלא רק לישיבה, והיא בכלל מהמאה הקודמת במקרה הטוב . מזרנים קשים כריות ישנות כולל מצעים ושמיכות הכל ישן מאוד אך נקיי. בבקשה תקנו ריהוט חדש, קמתי עם גב שבור וצוואר תפוס . תמורה לא טובה לכסף . למרות המיקום והדירה המקסימה. אינטרנט גרוע . צוות היה אדיב וזמין .

+Ubicación privilegiada en la avenida más preciada de Budapest. El departamento muy cómodo, con una gran cocina completa, living y dormitorio, muy amplio.
