+The studio itself is very nice, well-equipped and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive to my inquiries via both Booking.com and WhatsApp. Very close to the Prado, and not far from the train station.
−The location was difficult to find initially; once the host sent pictures of the exact location, that helped immensely. I had tried to find it on my map app, but it just led me to the more general area. The studio was clean, but there was a clump of hair on the shower drain :-(

−Cleanliness- upon arriving, when we looked at the bed, we saw there was hair everywhere, it took me 30 minutes picking and cleaning it from the bed... even after that we were discusted and wondering if we should sleep there. we were there with our one year old and had no other option as he was crying and tired, otherwise we were seriously considering a hotel. kitchen appliences- would appriciate a new dish sponge (not used). Shower- on our first night after my wife and child finished showering, it was my time, as i stepped in the shower there was no hot water left, so i had to shower with cold water. Toilet- after flushing the toilet, water would continue to run nonstop even after filling up. Floor- when we came in, there was some left over crumbs and ants on the floor. Bathroom- there was hair all around the bathroom walls, from this we could tell the place has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time and didnt want to touch much in the apartment, because of this, having a child here was extremly hard, as we didnt let him on the floor at all, as we normaly would. The pictures look modern, but when inside you can tell it was from years ago and the renovations were not expensive.

−L’annonce indiquait une place de parking gratuite et privée dans la rue. C’était faux et quand j’en ai parlé à l’hôte, il l’a vite enlevé de son annonce. Le pommeau de douche était cassé et réparé avec du scotch mais du coup il fuyait. L’un des placards était cassé et ma fille est pris l’une des portes dessus. Et la table bar était branlante. De plus l’appartement est en rez de chaussée et ce n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce par contre il est indiqué pret de la plage mais il fallait marcher au moins 30 minutes pour y accéder…

+Grosses schönes Appartement mit toller (neuer) Ausstattung in guter Lage in Malaga, d.h. alles ist Fussläufig gut erreichbar, Starnd, ca. 1,5 km, Altstadta 2,5 km.
−Duschkopf war defekt - das hätte eigentlich bekannt sein müssen. Konnten aber trotzdem duschen - war kein grosses Problem
