“Lovely flat overall, lovely decor and attention to detail, we had a lovely stay in Porto”
+It was central, really clean and comfy, on the whole well equipped
−No frying/saute pan! Would have been useful. No instructions for microwave and TV. Promised bedding didn’t appear for the sofa bed but we made do and it turned out fine

+Very cool apartment in a good location and not far from the river.
−There was a lot of building work going on outside the apartment which woke us up everyday. All though I know this is not studio 77 fault.

−The sleeping area where one could not stand up and the mattress on the floor. The couch was broken and could not be used by both guests. The TV did not have instructions and we could not get it to work

+Everything. It is decorated with a lot of taste, we had everything that we needed in term of facilities, and the location is very close to the city center. The owner is very kind and helpful, we liked everything about this place.

“Kleine Wohnung im Zentrum, aber...”
+Die Wohnung befindet sich unweit des Zentrums und eines Einkaufszentrums. Das Gebäude ist ein renovierter Altbau. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung grundsätzlich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
−Nicht geeignet im Winter. Die Wohnung verfügt über keine eigene Heizung. Die zwei elektrischen Heizungen, die der Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt hat, schaffen es (wegen der Höhe des Raumes) nicht wirklich, eine angenehme Raumtemperatur herzustellen. Außerdem wird gerade direkt gegenüber gebaut, dh man hört den ganzen Tag Lärm. Etwas irritierend ist auch, daß scheinbar jeden Tag gegen Mitternacht die Müllabfuhr kommt, was in der kleinen Straße leider sehr gut hörbar ist. Ein bereits renoviertes Gebäude auf der anderen Seite hat Folien statt Fenstern, sodaß es sich bei Wind anhört wie auf einem Segelboot (die Folie macht lauten Krach). Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen, solange es kalt ist und solange die Arbeiten in der Straße nicht abgeschlossen sind.

“Apartamento con encanto a un paso de todo”
+El apartamento está reformado y decorado con gusto y tiene detalles con mucho encanto. Es acogedor y cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días muy agradables en la ciudad. Muy buena ubicación ya que está en una zona tranquila a pesar de estar junto a una de las calles más transitadas, Rua Santa Catarina. Esta bien conectado y muy cerca de todo a pie. El anfitrión contestaba rápido para resolver dudas y nos dio facilidades para entrar y dejar las maletas antes de la hora. Muchas gracias Luis.
−Pocas cosas negativas que decir. Solo advertir que es un primero sin ascensor y que no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque hay un ventilador pequeño había veces que hacía calor en el apartamento porque fuimos en plena ola de calor en Julio. A pesar de eso la estancia fue muy agradable y no supuso ningún problema para disfrutar de la ciudad y el alojamiento.
