+I was hesitant at first to enter this apartment due to some bad comments about cleaning and smell but upon my stay i was more than satisfied with everything. The host of the poperty sent me photos in details how to enter the house and made sure everything was to my likings. The heater was even turned on to enter to a warm apartment . Entering the apartmentdespite i found every supply i needed everything was clean and smelling good. I will attach all photos belows. The apartment had also tea, coffee, oil, and slippers in case you didnt had on your own and many more!. The host was more than kind to let me stay a little after 12 o clock so i wont be roaming the streets till my flight. The location is in center and since i ve been studying here 5 years i can tell its a safe location even for solo travelers! For such low price its really worth it. I would recommend for sure
−The only negative is there is no elevator so for someone elderly it may be issue the stairs

+The property was in close proximity to the city centre (about 12 minutes).
−I have no idea how it has such good reviews since the entire studio is a massive fire hazard. The plugs are literally falling off the walls, one of them actually started sparking and melted slightly while in use! The windows have holes in them which means that it’s always cold. The bathroom has absolutely no ventilation system which means that there’s mold growing and it stinks. There are marks in the kitchen that were just conviniently covered by a cloth. It’s also on the 5th floor with no lift (which might just be on me not realising) but I feel like that should have been highlighted!

“Nice place to stay in the city center of Sophia!”
+Everything was grate, clean, and there was a lot of useful things inside the apartament! Localization is also very good. Owner, Rado, is very communicative and helpful person!
−Only lack of information, that the property is on the sixt floor, without elevator.

+The location of the apartment is good, and everything you need is available in the house. Rado is friendly and explained every detail for check-in, so I easily found the house. Additionally, the house is well-furnished and clean.
−The house is on the fifth floor, and there is no elevator, so you have to use the stairs. This was no problem for me; however, older people should take this into account.

+L'abitazione corrispondeva alla descrizione fornita da booking e alle foto illustrate. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ottimo il servizio di accoglienza (bustine da tè, barattoli di caffè e zucchero). Logisticamente la struttura è collocata vicinissima al boulevard principale, permettendo di muoversi agevolmente.
−Al momento del chech out, mi è stato richiesto di anticipare l'orario di uscita senza alcun preavviso; tuttavia successivamente il personale ha riconosciuto il proprio errore. L'abitazione è al quinto piano senza ascensore, quindi bisogna avere una buona gamba.

+Buona posizione a due passi dalla via principale. Appartamento accessoriato con macchina del caffè, bollitore elettrico, asciugacapelli, tostapane, forbici, frigo, congelatore e lavatrice. Cucina e bagno puliti
−Il letto è molto piccolo, due persone di corporatura media stanno strette. Con le finestre aperte è impossibile dormire per il rumore del tram. L’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano (credo un 5^) senza ascensore. Palazzo un po’ vecchio e poco tenuto.
