+The setup of the room was great. Good amount of space for a single person. Bed was pretty comfortable
−The club under, was actually pretty loud on Friday night. Luckily I’m a pretty heavy sleeper so it didn’t affect me too much once I got to sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper this place would not be ideal over the weekend.

+Beautiful flat, nicer than expected. Clean and comfortable space with everything you need. The club downstairs is awesome, only on til late fri and sat.

−The use of a washing machine in the apartment would be convenient and better justify the price. The music eminating from the club below is extreme.

“THE WORST ACCOMODATION EXPERIECE OF OUR LIVES !”
−Run as fast as you can from this accommodation! Studio 3 is located directly,and unannounced,above the "Village 512" nightclub. The owner acts in absolute bad faith, hiding the club's existence in the description, even though they are well aware of the issue since they leave earplugs in the room. The earplugs are completely useless! The problems started on day one. We overlooked the fact that the towels and linen were not quite up to standard (questionable cleanliness), but on the first night (Thursday), we couldn’t sleep at all because of the metal bed, which had loose screws. It wobbled completely and squeaked deafeningly with every single move. We were pleased that they sent someone to tighten the screws on Friday, but from other tourists' reviews, we realized this was an old, well-known defect that the owner refuses to fix permanently. While Thursday was quiet, FRIDAY NIGHT WAS A LIVING HELL !The music, THE BASS and THE SRUCTURAL VIBRATIONS from the club downstairs shook our newly repaired bed and the walls all night long. Sleeping was impossible, and the discomfort caused is hard to put into words! On Google Maps, the club is falsely listed as "temporarily closed," misleading

“Ended up bad wouldn’t go back due to the banging the morning”
+The property itself was fine had a serious issue this morning for 5.45 am the person in No2 was banging very loudly and frequently causing us to awake and be furious as the rest of our stay was great you need to look into who was there I’m extremely disappointed as I couldn’t get back to sleep and had to leave at 6.45 am
