−No fan, no AC, lots of flies, the worse part is the shower room very small, strong water pressure but no place for the water to go, needs to stop shower many times to let the water go. The place looks like all parts are falling apart.

+Next to the river, amazing. Easy to walk from to tour Interlaken and close to the train station. Sitting on the porch listening to the river and viewing the mountains, priceless.

+The apartment facilities were complete, cooking appliances, beds were comfy, bathroom is ample space for 3 adults. We loved this apartment. It also provided laundry tokens to wash clothes at the apartment central laundry room (right outside the apartment door). Everything was easy. There is a small walkway nearby the river to go to the Interlaken Ost. The views were nice.
