“Lovely location, disappointed with how bare and unclean house was, with a few small additions could have been a much mor”
+Location perfect as needed to be near boathouse on the river Nice quiet area, felt safe, easy to find Located beside lovely little community cafe and shop, with pharmacy and pub/restaurant nearby too Two bedrooms which suited our family dynamic, with two fairly comfortable double beds, one towel each provided Was able to park right outside property although think this was luck rather than design as owner did say no parking available Wi-Fi code provided Good shower
−Dirty (floors throughout, rug in sitting room, kitchen cupboards and walls, bathroom mirror and towel heater) No bedroom furniture except the actual beds No extra towel or bedding No soap in bathroom Hardly any plug sockets in any room Bathroom mirror too small and too high Nothing at all in fridge (maybe have milk for cup of tea, or some small butters/jams for breakfast considering paid £160 for an overnight stay) TV didn’t work Unable to reach owner at all after we arrived (this was to report tv not working, but could have been something more serious so if owner was working as he said he was when he got back to me following morning, someone else should have been available in his absence) Door was hard to lock/unlock, probably a badly cut copy of the key

“Night before the marathon”
+It was convenient to have 2 rooms for 3 adults. The kitchen was well equipped, too.
−Sadly, there was no WiFi so no tv, I did contact the owner but didn't get a reply. The house was very sparce, bedroom only had a bed in each room with very thin curtains, didn't stop light at all. The pictures on your site don't accurately reflect the property.

+The property is NOT what it looks in the pictures the radiator in hall way was leaking. The walls were covered in dirt and the beds are not comfortable. I left the property as soon as I seen it I was horrified. No WiFi in property either.
−This property needs updated from the inside and outside for the price of it. I did message to say I wouldn’t be staying and the property owner was not nice at all and wouldn’t refund me and the front door key wouldn’t lock the door.

“Very uncomfortable. Would not stay again.”
−The heat was not working, the wifi was not working, a bathroom window was left open, it was very cold already, there was someone else’s luggage left there, Host did not answer calls and responded by message only after i hd to wait, to get the address.
