“Looking forward to returning to split.”
+Loved the location and the amenities. The people we dealt with at the property were wonderful and helpful.
−The stairs were hard to negotiate with larger luggage. But it was the bed and linens that we found most uncomfortable.

“Ok place”
+Clean,. laundry facilities
−Like other guests have mentioned the stairs are quite steep there's 27 of them. It's okay with a small carry-on to carry it up I wouldn't want to try with a great big suitcase. The area the apartment is in is quite run down. At no time did I feel unsafe but it is quite dirty in that area.

“Great location, good communication, clean and comfortable”
+Great location, good communication with host, clean and comfortable, laundry facilities available.
−Steps were a little steep but didn't pose a problem. Had to pay by cash which for us is not the best method of payment as we don't carry cash.

“Good value near the old city”
+The manager on the property is so responsive and willing to fix any problems you have. The location is extremely close to the port and to the old city. We walked with our luggage to our ferry. It was set up well for a family of four.
−It’s not that I didn’t like this but good to be aware that the steps to get up to the apartment are narrow and may be a problem with large suitcases. Parking would be a struggle in my opinion but I feel like that’s everywhere near the old city.

+We were welcomed by the host who made sure to help us with the facilities and the neighborhood. He is accessible by WhatsApp and immediately responds, which was great.
−The stairs to go up are steep and seemed a bit uncomfortable to go up and down.

+Very friendly and helpful host, great location, only a few minutes from train, bus and ferries. A few more minutes to the old town in one direction and a swimming beach in the other direction. The aparrment was very comfortable, with the use of a washing machine a bonus.

“Great location to tour Split”
+Frane was a great host and very friendly and accommodating. The location of the apartment is very central and ideal as a base to tour around Split, within a 5-10min walk of Riva. And 2min walk from bus station (through the railtracks). The beach is easily accessible via the rail tracks also so it was flat and no steps or inclines. The beach is about 5-10min walk away. The apartment is up one flight of stairs and was clean and tidy, with AC and washing machine.
−It was basic. Everything was clean and tidy.

+Gute Lage, wenn man nur eine Nacht in Split ist, man kann die Fähre gut zu Fuß erreichen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht! Mit Koffern ist die Treppe sehr eng und steil!
