“A place where you can experience the ambiance of Chios Island.”
+The village where the facility is located is a cool and charming place at a high altitude. The stone house we stayed in was very spacious and practical, and it was a quiet place. The furniture was from top brands and in good condition. It was a very clean place.

“Authentic experience”
+Perfect and an authentic house. It was a very pleasant time to spend time there. It's located in a quiet village. The hosts were very helpful, kind, attentive, and friendly. The house has its own parking space, so you won't have any trouble with a small car. Thank you for everything.

“Magnificent, cosy traditional stone house in a great location”
+Magnificent, cosy traditional stone house beautifully renovated, 20 minutes out of Chios Town in the village of Saint George Sikousis which is nestled in the mountain tops near the mastic region. The hosts John & his mother Irini were extremely friendly & welcoming and provided everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The house was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful, eggs, cheese, a variety of sliced deli meats, bread, milk, butter & juices. The village itself has a couple of great cafes & taverns and the locals were very welcoming, even taking the time to show us around and share its history. Location was great! Would definitely stay there again.

“Your home in Chios”
+It was like a house we felt like we were living in our home there. Facilities were great and owners were very kind and helpful.
−The location was bit far from sightseeing sights and it was lactated a narrow street for a car but there was a good restaurant nearby and there was a big parking so it was ok. It could be better if there was one more mirror outside the bathroom since we stayed there four people.

+We had the pleasure of staying at Stone Residence Chios during Christmas, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. John, our host, along with his charming mother, went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their friendly nature and constant check-ins made us feel right at home. The house itself is extremely cozy and equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen appliances to a washing machine. We appreciated the thoughtfully provided ingredients for a basic breakfast and added some fresh fruits and yogurt ourselves to elevate it. The parking space is impressively large, accommodating any rental car with ease, which added to our convenience. The village, though small, is delightfully charming and has all the essentials, including a mini market and a pharmacy. It provided the perfect serene backdrop for our holiday. Overall, Stone Residence Chios is a gem, and we look forward to returning for another wonderful stay.

+John and Irene looked after us so well!. Stone residence is an old village house in a peaceful village with a shop, some cafes and the most amazing views! It's been beautifully and tastefully renovated with high quality furnishings including a very well stocked kitchen and a superb modern washing machine. The bathroom is great with a good pressure shower with lots of very hot water. The bed is super comfy with nice linens. Irene made sure we had a good stock of food, with bread, eggs, snacks, milk, juice etc for breakfasts and also kindly brought us some home baking. The parking space next door is under a shade which is fantastic. John also speaks fluent English which made communication very easy. We loved staying here and it made a great base for exploring the island of Chios which we also absolutely loved. A perfect stay!

“Excellent house, traditional rock build and very clean.”
+Breakfast was frozen goods, eggs, bacon and bag bread in the refrigerator and counter along with marmalade and honey packages you had to prepare yourself. All the necessary items were present to have a good breakfast.
−Some local deserts should be available.

+Kahvaltı malzemeleri gayet yeterliydi içeride yedek depoda temizlik malzemeleri dahi vardı. İçerinin temizliği iyiydi üzerimize örttüğümüz pikeler deterjan kokuyordu mis gibi. Ayrıca dışarısı çok sıcakken taş ev olduğu için o kadar serin oluyor ki bir de klimaları açınca dışarının sıcaklığını hissetmiyorsunuz bile gayet konforluydu. Özel kullanıma mahsus otoparkı olması da çok iyiydi
−Yalnızca yolları çok sıkıntılıydı adanın genelinde mi bu problem var bilmiyorum ama eğer ki iyi araba kullandığınızı düşünmüyorsanız konum zorlayabilir yollar çok dar ve virajlıydı
