“SO AWESOME and so convenient!!”
+This very cute apartment was located on the second floor of a lovely thick stone walled building. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Though the Split was having temperatures above 30degC, the AC worked great, which was a relief. The bed was SOOOOO comfortable! One of the best I’ve ever slept on! That, together with the very quiet street, made for fabulous sleep. The location was less than a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian part of the Old Town. Our host was very responsive and provided us with all the info we required. This place is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

“Almost Perfect”
+Almost everything. Charming room, with cutlery, plates, washing machine and basic items - bring your own towels though! The instructions provided by the host was solid, I got in straight away without any issues.
−I stayed at number 12. The bed was slightly uncomfortable for me, but that could be a personal thing. Yes there are stairs and yes they are very narrow, but that is Europe. I just came from the heart of Naples, living with my sister six stories up and no stairs, so just pack accordingly. The only real issue I had relates to noise / security. There were a couple of times where I came back to my rooms to find the gate and front door open, where anyone off the street could literally walk up to my (locked) room door. There are people who come and go at all hours of the night, all sorts of noises, etc, I kept waking up every hour. That being said, the area is safe with many women walking comfortably on their own at 10pm at night without issue. Couple drunk people but they don't bother anyone.

“Very nice apartment, some room for improvement”
+The host was super approachable and helped before, during and after stay, even arranging for us to leave our baggage at a different property for a few hours after checkout. Apartment was clean and comfortable with good AC.
−Excellent location but as with so many other properties in Split, difficult to access by car and up 1 flight of narrow stairs so difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Our uber dropped us to the other side of the road so we had a good long trek to get to it initially. Clarifying this info in the advertisement or suggesting nearest drivable location for taxi/ uber would have been useful. No provision of essentials like salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, which would have been very helpful and inexpensive to provide. Washing machine worked but there was no washing powder provided, which again, would have been helpful and not too difficult/ expensive to provide.

“Why pay the premium to be in the old town when you can have blissful peace 200 metres away.”
+Location was excellent and it was very very quiet but just a few hundred metres from the old town. Aircon worked very well as it was 34C outside. The washing machine saw plenty of use as we had been cycling for 3 weeks. Key access very easy. We really liked the place.
−The bed is very very firm by our standards but that is not uncommon in this part of the world.

“Amazing stay!”
+The place was amazing, very spacious and with aircon which is a must in the hot summer of Split. The communication with the owner was very easy, and the self check-in very easy to follow. The apartment was very well equipped, and the blinds in the windows are a very nice touch, which let us have a great sleep during the night. The location couldn't be better, since it is only 5 min walk from the center, but nights were very calm. We had our flight late in the night, but the owner kindly let us store our luggage until we needed to leave.
−There were some ants in the bathroom, but not too much of an issue for us

“Two Sleepless nights and very Disappointing service”
−Extremely unhappy and disappointed. The property advertised air conditioning as an available amenity, yet the AC did not work during my stay. This was not a minor inconvenience as it had a major impact on my entire trip. Because of the heat and lack of air conditioning, I was unable to sleep properly for two nights. I spent my days exhausted and unable to enjoy my time in Milan. I travelled a long distance and spent a significant amount of money to come here expecting a comfortable stay and a positive experience. Instead, the accommodation failed to provide one of the advertised features that directly affected basic comfort and rest. As a result, this trip experience was seriously damaged. Lack of sleep affected my energy, plans, and enjoyment throughout the visit. I do not consider this acceptable accommodation standards, especially when air conditioning was clearly represented as available. What made the experience even more disappointing was the way our concerns were handled afterward. We tried to find a reasonable solution regarding our luggage after checkout and asked whether it would be possible to leave our bags until the evening if the property could accommodate it. When we
