−THERE WAS NO PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION. We had book it for February month. We have read a previous comment before our stay that heating wasn't working. We asked them 5 days earlier to fix the aircontioner while one of us has health problem and when we arrived it had not been fixed and we were trying to solve the problem with some instructions they gave us via messages. We spent a lot of time and energy from our vacation for something that was their obligation to solve. Before are stay i asked them if there was hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, and the answer was that everything is included. THEY LIED,no hairdryer, and they had shampoo and shows gel with 8-10ml like small test sachets. It was very dissapoiting. Also the room wasn't that must clean and the towels had a wierd smell. I would definitely not recomend it to anyone while they don't respect their clients.

“Nice apartment but no owner help”

−Heat was broke last week there left messages no one came to fix ! Had to use oven to heat the apartment! Walls are paper thin and can’t even watch TV after 2200! WiFi is terrible no router in the room so the signal is weak

+The Host was right on with everything very informative very nice person the location was very good. I forgot the name now but when you leave the building turn left second restaurant on the right family run excellent place for food at a very good price.

+Хоть мы приехали поздно ночью, в расположение попали легко и просто. Хозяин заранее выслал инструкцию по регистрации. Номер опрятный и чистый. Белье свежее. Кухня оборудована самым необходимым. Район тихий. Рядом женский базар. До центра города - минут 15 пешком.
−Я бы порекомендовал хозяину продумать занавеску в ванной, вешалки для полотенец.

+Stanza molto luminosa, riscaldamento va benissimo, cucina con poche cose ma funzionale. Non è vicino al centro come appartamento, ma a noi piace camminare e non è stato un problema.
−Gli asciugamani avevano un odore strano, forse lavati con un detersivo diverso. Doccia grande, ma l'acqua non scorre nella canalina di scolo adeguatamente, l'acqua diventa calda solo per la prima persona che si lava, la seconda la trova già più tiepida. Poca indicazione del condominio, entrata principale e numero.
