“You would want to leave this place immediately!!!”
+Nothing at all, I would rate it 0 if possible
−Extremely Dirty place, uncomfortable, property is in ruins, decayed, and the most disturbing detail was the terrible smell of bedding , pillows, everything is broken, the doors knobs stay in your hands, the toilet lid was completely loose and we got stuck about 20 minutes because we weren't able to open the door since everything is malfunctioning. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

+I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the contactless check-in process.
−There is no internet connection. Although the Wi-Fi password is provided, the network itself is not available. The bed has a spring mattress and is very uncomfortable. There are no insect screens on the windows, so when the windows are open, many insects get into the room.

“It was ok but a bit disappointing”
+Style and facilities ok
−There were cobwebs on the ceiling and it wasn’t cleaned well. I messaged the owner that the wifi wasn’t available and they ignored my message and instead sent one saying they thank us for staying when our stay wasn’t even yet finished. we had no wifi the whole stay. The owner has nothing to do with it but the place is definitely in the poorer part of the city and we didn’t feel too safe.

“Please read before booking. Would not reccommend!”
+Apart from the location - nothing else did I like about this place.
−I was there just for one night and I have to say - veeery dirty place. It appears that the host does not check the property before accommodators enter. Spider webs all over the place, dirty walls and the window was left open so it was full of mosquitoes. There was a leak in the bathroom - no problem as this cannot be controlled by the host and after calling him he said that he will fix the issue for next accommodators. BUT I got woken up by waterdrops falling somewhere from the kitchen. It appeared that when the fridge was unplugged(It was unplugged when I got there, did not plug it back in because I did not need it) - it defrosted the freezer and I had to clean all the excess water from the floor at 1 AM! The room does not look like in the photos. Would not go there again.

“Perfecto”
+Está muy cerca del centro, aunque la zona parece un poco dejada, es tranquila y segura. El apartamento es muy coqueto, el tamaño suficiente y con todos los servicios. Tenía calefacción que calienta muy rápido el espacio.
−A pesar de que estaba bastante limpio todo, la campana extractora de humo de la cocina estaba muy muy sucia y llena de grasa. Las sábanas estaban llenas de bolitas creadas por el uso y molestan al dormir porque rascaban. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

“Die Unterkunft ist im großen und ganzen ok, wegen fehlender Klimaanlage nachts im Sommer sehr warm”
+Gute ruhige Lage, Bad und Küche gut ausgestattet
−Keine Klimaanlage , nur ein sehr lauter Ventilator, die Fenster konnten wir nachts auch nicht aufmachen wegen den Mücken, Bett viel zu klein für 2 Personen, Matratze unbequem

“Jó helyen, jó adottságokkal, de kéne még dolgozni rajta.”
+Közel van a város központhoz, sok minden gyorsan elérhető tömegközlekedéssel és egy nagy élelmiszer bolt is csak egy ugrás. Belül a lakás nagyából rendbe van, de nem ártana egy kis odafigyelés, amivel sokkal jobb lehetne. Nekünk jó volt, hogy volt mosógép, így kevesebb ruha kellett a kézipoggyászba. Jó volt az android-os TV, mert tudtunk rá tartalmat küldeni, telefonról.
−A környék és kívülről az épület sem bizalomgerjesztő. A felső lakó kicsit dübörgős volt. A szállásnak egy kicsit több figyelem kellene. A ruhaszárító használhatatlan, összevan szakadva. Az ágyból kilóg egy csavar. A zuhanyfülke sarkán a szegélyléc ki volt hajolva amit kézzel nyomkodtam vissza, hogy ne okozzon sérülést. A főző edények között volt egy rozsdás darab (miért). Az egyik fiókban valamilyen fűszer volt kiszóródva, ami csak egy mozdulat lett volna kitörölni a takarításnál. A Internet sebesség sokszor belassult. Van egy elemes illatosító ami néha el kezd nyekeregni és világítani, de illatot nem csinál. akkor minek, csak zavar az alvásban :-). A ventilátor nagyon hangos (éjszaka használhatatlan) és mivel nincs rajta elöl a védőrács, veszélyes is.
