“Excelent location and value for money; amazing host.”
+Excelent location; very good tavernas, supermarket, beach gear store - all within walking distance (5min), Myrthos beach at 10min by car. Amazing host, welcomed us upon arrival, left the fridge full of food, drinks, fruits, vegetables and deserts, ice in the freezer, lots of coffee, tea, cake and many more. She even gave us gifts when we left. The open kithen is fully equipped with everything you need, very clean and in working condition. Washing machine with detergent, toiletries in the batroom. Everything was very very clean, someone came and cleaned (+ changed sheets, towels) 2 times while we were here. Nice shaded terrace with lots of seating and a barbeque with charcoal provided. Mosquito screens on every window and door. Lots of space for parking many cars. Games and books in english Very safe area. Highly recommend, we'll definitely stay here again!

+Wonderful accommodations, especially for those looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, away from crowded tourist centers, yet close to restaurants, shopping, and Myrtos Beach,the ideal choice. This was my sixth trip to Kefalonia, and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed. The owner, Angela, was extremely accommodating and kind. Thank you!

+A beautiful, fully equipped, and functional accommodation for 3-4 people, located in a quiet area centrally on the island, in the village of Divarata. It is close to Myrtos Beach and several local restaurants, including our favorite one (Alexandros).Angela is an excellent host who constantly makes sure you have everything you need; communication was very smooth.Thank you for the warm welcome!Cristi, Rux, and Iva.

+The accommodation was exceptionally clean and equipped with absolutely everything anyone could need. I'm convinced that the host would gladly and wholeheartedly help resolve any issue that might arise during your stay. Although the property is based on a traditional old house, you would never notice it in a negative way. On the contrary, it adds to the unique atmosphere and charm of the place. It has been renovated and decorated with outstanding taste, looks beautiful both inside and out, and stays remarkably cool throughout the day, to the point where air conditioning is rarely necessary. Since it has only been welcoming guests for about four years, everything still looks practically brand new, with virtually no signs of wear. The property is located in a very peaceful and cool area, making it perfect for relaxing on the terrace during sunny afternoons while enjoying the gentle sea breeze that reaches the house thanks to its proximity to the beach and its ideal orientation. Another major advantage is that there are no neighboring houses or accommodations immediately surrounding the property, creating a wonderful sense of privacy, tranquility, and freedom,as if you had your own lit

“The Perfect Getaway”
+I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible holiday property near Myrtos Beach, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Angela, the host, had thought of every possible detail to make my stay unforgettable. First and foremost, the location is nothing short of phenomenal. Being just a stone's throw away from Myrtos Beach, one of the most stunning beaches in the world, was a dream come true. The property itself was immaculate. The fluffy white towels and pristinely clean sheets made it feel like I was staying in a luxurious hotel, yet it had all the comfort and warmth of home. In fact, the place was so well-equipped that it truly felt like a home away from home rather than a typical holiday rental. Every little thing you could possibly need was there, for example mosquito coils, a medical kit, and toiletries. But what really set this stay apart was the thoughtful welcome from Angela, as well as the enormous welcome package she had prepared for us upon arrival including fresh croissants, two types of cereal, a large bowl of fresh fruit, tea, sugar, and even a bag of coffee for the coffee filter machine. +Angela has equipped this place with absolutely everything and it is very comfortable. Angela is a very welcoming and highly responsive host. The place has spacious and has private outdoor areas with a serene rural outlook yet the location is central to all the sites and tavernas.
−Divarata has only one small supermarket. Another is being constructed now.
