“Quaint, clean and very comfortable apartment for a family.”
+Wirh the flooding inside Grand Canyon, our reservation was canceled. Thankfully, we found this apartment 30 mins from the park. The apartment is underrated. It didn't look much from outside. However, the apartment itself was surprisingly clean, well equipped and comfortable. If we had known that it came with a full kitchen, we could have cooked up some instant noodles/soup. We had a bonus - stargazing at 3 am! Spectacular sights of the Orion and some other stars. For all of us, that was a first time. We only used 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and it was very comfortable. Coffee and tea were also available.
−Only 1 thing I didn't like. Someone had put the dish detergent pods in one of the slits holding teabags and coffee pods. I managed to remove them and placed them ubder the sink. No problem caused.

“Rustic but convenient”
+Close to the Grand Canyon without the big price tag of the hotels that were a little closer. It was great to have a kitchen to help save on food. Early October was fantastic weather.
−The electric outlets are finicky and they needed to flip a breaker to get them working when we first tried to make coffee, but owner was really quick and responsive. The road leading to the house is really rough gravel and bumpy dirt. That's not a reflection on the property, just something to be aware of. We had a few spiders trying to share the space with us.
