“The host made me feel uncomfortable by demanding that I clean the apartment.”
+The apartment was in a good location.
−The host was asking too many questions about when I would arrive, where I was, and other unnecessary details. There was no internet connection in the apartment, so I had to fix the issue myself. There was also no dustbin in the kitchen area. Despite this, the host kept harassing me about not throwing away the bottles, even though I ended up taking care of the garbage myself. Overall, the experience was quite uncomfortable and disappointing.

“Warm, welcoming and relaxing experience”
+I had a great experience staying here and would 100% recommend it. The host was very welcoming and hospitable and made the stay even better. The room was comfortable, clean, and a great value for the price. The neighborhood was also great and close to a lot of things. It is a little bit of a walk to get to Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace, but it was completely manageable. The location is also near one of the stadiums, and having parking available was a huge plus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Great hospitality, a nice neighborhood, comfortable accommodations, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Split.

“Pristine, Beautiful, Excellent location! The host was so helpful.”
+The apartment was perfect for two couples. It has been recently renovated and you can tell that a lot of thought was put into it. Beautifully decorated, very functional, and the beds were very comfortable. It was pristine and very clean. The location was an 8 minute stroll from Old Town and was around the corner from a grocery store. Close enough to the Old City, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. Most of all, our favorite part was our host, Danijela. She was always available to answer any of our questions or give recommendations. She suggested great restaurants and beaches for us to go to.

“Tu casa ideal para alojarte en Split”
+Todo. Estaba perfectamente ubicado, tan solo 10min andando hasta el centro. Tenia parking facil cerca, pudimos mover el coche y no tener problemas para volver aparcar. Tiene todo lo basico indispensable para poder pasar unos dias y hacer desayunos y cenas en la casa. Todo estaba muy limpio a la llegada, Danijela fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, nos recomendo el mejor sitio donde hemos comido hasta ahora en croacia desde que llegamos al mejor precio calidad. Han sido unos dias increibles y el apartamento junto con la amabilidad recibida los ha hecho inmejorables.

“Mauvais expérience”
−Très mauvaise expérience ! J’avais réservé pour 9 nuits et au final au bout de 4 l’hôte décide de nous expulser, sous prétexte d’une soirée alors que nous étions 4 amis juste à parler sur la terrasse. L’hôte n’accepte pas de nous rembourser le reste des nuits que nous n’avons pas passé dans l’appartement alors qu’on l’a rendu nickel ! Par contre elle s’est empressée de le re louer directement après ! Bref je ne recommande pas
