“Don't think, just book it!”
+It was the cleanest place I've stayed that is not my house! Also great neighborhood, all the amenities were there, almost full kitchen! It will definitely be the place we tell people to book if they visit Kotor.

“Very modern apartment, clean, high spec and good air con, great location to access Kotor.”
+Very modern apartment, well equipped and presented. Balcony with good views, Kotor Bay just visible. Good size bedroom. Air con units in main room and bedroom, these were very quiet and efficient. Apartment has its own designated numbered parking place. Kotor Bay waterfront is about 5 minute walk away, good restaurant by the bay with extensive menu. Property is about 3k from Kotor old town, but road can be quite after about 1000. Host very helpful with recommendations for eating places
−The property is still being fitted out, we were there over a holiday weekend so there no fitting out going on, although lift was out of operation, apartment was on first floor

+El departamento es hermoso con todas las comodidades y estaba impecable. Se puede ir caminando al casco historico unos 25 minutos por el costado del mar ,un paseo muy lindo . Importante que tuviera estacionamiento para nosotros . La anfitriona nos hizo recomendaciones y tuvo muy buena comunicación

+Очень уютные свежие апартаменты со всем необходимым и даже больше. Огромное внимание к мелочам как в интерьере,так и в наполнении. Очень отзывчивая и внимательная хозяйка. Расположение также очень удачно, солнечная сторона залива, близость набережной , магазинов и наличие парковки. Спасибо за прекрасные дни..

“Современная, свежая, чистая квартира со всем необходимым даже для длительного проживания.”
+Квартира современная, свежая, опрятная. Везде чисто. Высокие потолки, новая кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями, посудой, бокалами, приборами, даже вафельница, тостерница и блендер. Кровать в спальне удобная. Много мест хранения. Есть утюг, гладильная доска, фен. Стулья и диван в гостиной хорошие, новые. Был даже короб с детскими игрушками. А на столе была вазочка с конфетами ROSHEN, чай и кофе.
−Душевая плотно не закрывается, сток не справляется с потоком воды и она вытекает в коридор, приходилось подкладывать полотенце. За окном стройка - нам не мешало т.к. утром уходили гулять и возвращались вечером, но если у вас есть маленький ребенок, то будет очень шумно т.к. она совсем близко и только на начальном этапе. От центра Котора пешком вдоль набережной 30-35 минут спокойным шагом, но в хорошую погоду этот путь проходить одно удовольствие, а если на машине то совсем и не далеко. Последние 200 метров перед домом заметный подъем.

+Amazing apartment! The hostess is very helpful and accommodating when it comes to early check-in. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both rooms have air conditioning. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Потрясающие апартаменты! Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, много пошла на встречу при раннем заселение. Квартира очень чистая, всё есть для проживания. Кондиционеры в обоих комнатах. Нам с семьей очень понравилось. Спасибо
