+The house is very well equipped; each bedroom either had an ensuite or its own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with milk, cereals, tea and coffee which was much appreciated. About 15 minutes walk to the town centre but a Lidl about 5 minutes walk away for supplies.
−Whilst the house can sleep eight, the seating area is really only suitable for 4 and the table only seats 4 so wouldn't be suitable for 4 couples unless you aren't planning to eat or socialise there. However as four friends getting together it was ideal as we all had our own bedroom and bathroom.

+House was beautifully refurbished, nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Quiet area for a city. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, ideal when friends go away together.
−No parking outside. But available at a local car park.

“Lovely accommodation in the heart if Reading.”
+The house has been immaculately refurbished, an ensuite and shower in each of the upstairs bedrooms and another toilet with shower downstairs. There is a clean outdoor eating area where we made great use of in the unexpectedly fine weather.
−As always, we find the requirement to be gone by 10:00 a.m. very difficult when on holidays and with children. Yes, we could pay an extra £10 for an extra hour but considering one can only occupy the property from 3:00 p.m. it seems, to use at least, unreasonably early to ''check out'

“We had a fantastic weekend”
+Very modern house with plenty of bathrooms.
−The only thing that would of been good our friend group of 8,would of been a bigger sofa as it comfortably fitted 4.but understand that its difficult with fitting that in the livingroom.

“Luxurious stay, would recommend!”
+Excellent place to stay. Spacious, clean, luxurious, kind touches like teas, milk and cereal provided. Hosts were really responsive and proactive. About 10 minutes walk from the centre. Would recommend!
−The need to provide ID and a deposit felt a little unclear upon booking, but they seemed reasonable with it once sent.
