+The communication was really good from the host we checked in via message on the day of arrival and the instructions to get into the property were very clear and helpful. The property is up a fair amount of steps so wouldn't be suitable if you're not very mobile. Everything was clean and they had some helpful bits in the property such as some games and a plug adapter. There were some snacks and water as well as some coffee and such in the kitchen for use. We didn't use the kitchen for food but it has all you need for self catering. There's a lovely balcony which we didn't use as we were out most of the time but it was lovely. The location was very good just a short 10 minute walk into the old town and down onto the harbour where you can go for boat tours and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We took a longer walk to the stretch of paradiso beach which was still under 20 minutes for us to get to. Can't fault it great value for money, friendly host and great location would definitely come back if we are ever in Kos again.

“It was great!”
+We stayed 6 nights at Stadium Apt. I can confidently say that we are satisfied. The location is perfect, the apartment is cute and cozy and the facilities too (a complete and compact kitchen - laundry machine with detergent too etc.) They also left some snacks for us which I found nice! If we ever come back to Kos, we would choose this place again!
−There is no elevator. Many and narrow stairs if you have heavy luggage.

“Ottimo appartamento! Posizione centrale, pulito e accogliente”
+Appartamento pulito e molto accogliente. Posizione perfetta, adiacente alle vie del centro. Dispone di tutto ciò che serve (Smart tv, frigorifero, forno microonde, mini fornelli, macchina per caffè, lavatrice, stendibiancheria). Molto apprezzato il balconcino per colazione e aperitivo al tramonto. Lo consiglio.

+Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Ferienappartement war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist ideal - ruhig, aber dennoch nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Meer und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
