+The best apartment we have ever stayed in! My husband and I stayed here for our wedding, and it was truly perfect. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. The property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The garden was especially stunning and even more beautiful than it appears in the photos. We had a wonderful time and created unforgettable memories during our stay. A special thank you to David and Anita for their hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

“I recommend St James to anyone hoping for a beautiful, comfortable touchdown near the city.”
+the hosts left delicious bread, eggs, local honey, and milk in the fridge. There was even a bottle of wine. The b&b was immaculately clean, bright, and comfortable, with an enclosed garden off the sunroom. Hosts were in easy reach for any questions. The house was on a quiet street close to the city center and restaurants (hosts made suggestions for good places to eat). All in all, a remarkable place to stay.

+We had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is absolutely awesome , very close to the High Street, yet tucked away from the bustle, offering a calm, quiet, and very private setting. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and peace. The house has two bedrooms, and both were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed fantastic quality sleep throughout our stay, helped by the serene neighbourhood. The presence of two bathrooms was also very useful , even though there were only three of us, it made getting ready effortless and ensured our days started smoothly. One of the most delightful aspects of the stay was the backyard. Although the cold and rain meant we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked, feeding the birds was a real joy. Using the bird feed provided, I spotted over 10 different species of birds right in the backyard , a truly special and unexpected experience. The kitchen deserves special mention. It was not a namesake kitchen , it was genuinely fully functional. Every utensil imaginable was available, from high-quality cups and pans to bakeware and equipment that allowed us to cook and bake with ease. The quality of everything stood out. The kitchen had

+Great amenities, and such a nice place to stay! A perfect location that was close to the University of Exeter, and easy walking distance into town. The place was absolutely spotless and beds and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend!!

+Lovely house with every facility. Well equipped kitchen. Our host left us milk, butter, eggs and bread (which my daughter found delicious) plus a bottle of wine. And our host even gave us a lift to the station!

“Private with with quality throughout the property and spotlessly clean”
+The house beautifully appointed with quality products throughout, easily accessible to the city centre with a fabulous courtyard area. The hosts were great nothing was too much trouble and even provided some complementary wine and fresh produce which was an unexpected bonus. Would stay again when we are in Exeter

“Exceptional”
+Everything. St James is a short walk into the centre of Exeter and to St. James Park railway station. Exceptionally clean, very quiet and a 'home from home' with all the facilities that you would want.
