−It leaves something to be desired, first of all it is completely different from what is in the picture. I arrived at the accommodation it smelled bad, it was not cleaned because the bathroom was terrible, the shower was dirty, the toilet was dirty, everything in the room was full of dust, I don't even know if the linen was changed. I was not happy at all

“Good location, needs more attention to cleaning.”
+The host was friendly and let us check in early for a small fee. The apartment was in a nice location and very cozy. The sofa bed was comfortable and the overall design of the accommodation was beautiful. Check-in was quite easy.
−The cleanliness was insufficient (dust, hairs, dirty door handle). Additionally, the apartment was extremely warm, occasionally suffocating, as there was no visible button or thermostat to regulate the temperature, so we kept the window open. The most serious issue was the tingling sensation/electric shock feeling provided by the running water and the metal taps (especially in the bathroom and kitchen). We informed the host about a possible electrical leakage. He initially seemed skeptical but later offered to call an engineer. We declined, as we didn't want to lose time from our two days in the city. We informed him that we would manage with bottled water, but stressed that the issue must be resolved immediately for the safety of future guests.

“Great place”
+Spacious, clean, modern.
−Seemed a bit far from the centre but once we worked out the public transport, which was easy, the location was good.

“El mejor hospedaje !”
+Todo fue espectacular, el check in muy fácil y también el lugar magnífico. Sobretodo lo mejor fue la atención de la persona que estaba a cargo, inclusive nos apoyó mucho al dejar el Airbnb y olvidar una pertenencia personal acercándola al aeropuerto

+Skvělá lokalita, pěkně a vkusně zařízené ubytování, pobyt velmi příjemný.
−U čistoty bychom ocenili pečlivější úklid - místy osahaná skla, ulepené kliky a zrcadlo v koupelně se stopami. Chyběl WC blok do mísy a zmačkané ložní prádlo mohlo působit dojmem, že nebylo čerstvě vyměněno.

−Én a Városmajori Érsebészetre jöttem egy napos előjelzéssel és senki más nem fogadott el a környéken. Alvásra nem elfogadható ez a szállás, mert az ablak alatt egész éjen át dübörgő forgalom zajlott... Igy kellett mennem a nagyon fontos vizsgálatra: kialvatlanul...
