“It was a lovely stay.”
+The location was amazing. Right in the middle of the square. Loved the roof terrace. The owners let us check out later the day we left, which was really helpful
−We were disappointed to only be told once we had received the keys that there was building work going on outside the property. As a result we couldn't open all of the shutters and windows to the lovely view we were looking forward to enjoying.

“Very great surprise!!”
+This was a great surprice for us! We have been looking at places at Cinque Terre, but it was to expensive. So we found this flat at Lerici... and it was so great! Very fine flat, with a great masterbedroom... and what a fine view from the rooms. Ok bedroom for the kids. Good aircondition. And... it had a great rooftop terrace, overlooking the harbour and the Piazza. Situated right in the middle of the city, wich was very calm, and without too many foreign tourist. Many nice restaurants and bars. And the beaches was fine too!!
−Just a little unsatisfied with the small bath And... don´t take this flat, if you are not in good shape... very steep steps and on the 4. floor

“Tolle Lage mit Meersicht im Zentrum von Lerici”
+Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage direkt im Zentrum von Lerici mit Meersicht. Es kann einen Parkplatz etwas ausserhalb dazu gemietet werden, was sich sehr lohnt.
−Für die wunderbare Aussicht muss mann zuerst knapp 90 Treppen hochsteigen.

+Чудове казкове містечко, Тераса з виглядом прямо на головну площу, з якої ми могли слухати всі концерти внизу.
−Не дуже чисто, посуд перемивали самі, погано облаштована кухня, в номері не було ні мила, ні мочалки для миття посуду ні одного пакетика з чаєм або з кавою, Досить далеко пішки до пляжу, Завдяки тому, що будинок знаходится на самій центровій площі - дуже галасно, навіть с закритими вікнами. В описі не було вказано - дууже багато сходів до квартири, кожен раз це челендж, навіть для тренованих. В кого проблеми з колінами, похилий вік, діти малі - не раджу. Не зручні ліжка. Вана кімната, стара та смердить, ржавчина на сантехніці, відрегулювати температуру в душі - ще те завдання....

+Mitten auf dem zentralen Platz in Lerici steht dieses beeindruckende Gebäude mit der Wohnung ganz oben und der tollen Dachterrasse. Es ist ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, die Betten sind bezogen und es ist ein Set Handtücher für jeden vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend.
−Leider ist das Gebäude doch sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Im Treppenhaus fällt der Putz von den Wänden, die Geländer sind wackelig. In der Wohnung selbst müsste auch einiges erneuert werden. im Badezimmer sind die Armaturen verrostet, die Betten sind sehr unbequem, weil auf dem Lattenrost einfach ein Brett liegt. Die Lampen haben keine Lampenschirme mehr.

+Läget, var toppen. Storleken på boendet. Fantastisk hjälpsam personal, hjälpte till att bära upp väskorna, svarade snabbt på frågor.
−Det framgick inte att det var ett boende högt upp med många trappsteg, det var väldigt jobbigt att gå upp. Litet duschutrymme samt dåligt med kökssaker.
